Staff were very pleasant and helpful, even though obviously overworked. Room was clean and pleasant. Bed was so-so - would have been nice to have a second pillow. Bathroom was clean but shower was very small. Breakfast coffee was great - pretty much everything else about breakfast you would have to ask someone who got up earlier than me - a slight disappointment there. Location was good, an easy drive to all attractions. All in all this was a decent motel stay - but at over $200 a night +tax, I have to say it was not a good value - perhaps this is reflective of an older perspective, or perhaps the Burlington area is just that expensive in general.
Pillow. And lack of a second one. Also, a few more breakfast pastries and juice for a full hotel would have been nice.

The room was very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The amenities are basic, but that is all I needed. The room, lobbies, and hallways were very clean. The beds were comfortable, and everything was in working order. If I had stayed longer, the kitchenette would have come in handy. The location is convenient. The staff were friendly. A hidden gem...the restaurant, Paulines, right next door!
Busy road, but that is the price you pay for convenience.

The location was great, food, activities, and easy access to all routes. The hotel alittle dated but clean and safe. The staff was very kind and friendly.
The only downside was could hear traffic all night recommend some sort of radio or ear plugs.

It seemed clean and I was happy about that. I didn’t like that you had to go outside to get to the second floor, but that was ok. The bathroom smelled a little stale or moldy.
It was dated. It needs some upgrading. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. It was just coffee, muffins and two cereals, but I didn’t see any milk or fruit.

The room was clean. The manager was very responsive to our needs.
There was some confusion with the booking--we thought a double meant two beds, but there was only one and all the other rooms were booked. Really, more my mistake, anyway.

Clean rooms, close to everything we wanted to do, half the price of staying in downtown Burlington.
the sofa had a funky smell, like stinky sneakers. stayed away from it!

Comfortable bed and good location
When I arrived and went into the room it wasn’t clean. That was quickly remedied. However, the next day when I came back to the hotel in the middle of the day my room door was wide open along with all of the other doors on the floor because the cable company was there to work on the room. I should have been notified ahead of time that the room would be opened or the work should have been done on my room after I checked out. I assumed while I was out, my luggage would have remained secured.

The place is old and unappealing visually, so at first look I was crestfallen. But it was spacious we ith microwave and frig, good beds, shower, and wi-fi so in the end I thought it was an excellent choice for the cost
Nothing actually wrong just blah/ shabby looking

Staff was kind and helpful.
A little overpriced, small TV, breakfast was limited for price spent, ac worked but had to turn it to 40° to turn on.

The place seemed clean and the staff was friendly.
No hair dryer, coffee was in the lobby (not in each room) and there were no covers for the cups, no elevator (we had rooms on the 2nd floor), there was a half-used carton of milk from a previous customer in the refrigerator, the wood trim and bathroom door were scarred and chipped, there was a plastic tarp over an empty space near a soda machine.

Clean. Very friendly. My flight was late and owner prepared key card and let me in late at night. Simple breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Great inexpensive place for a night while traveling.
Street noise - but acceptable with closed windows.

Craig was very friendly and helpful. Quiet and quaint little place to stay! The AC cranked and everything worked as expected.
Nothing really? Possibly longer check in window?
