Super close to bus station.
Arrived at 7 AM, room would be ready at 2 PM, it wasn't...
4.2
Great location, food was great in restaurant, staff very helpful
4.2
Huge room - very clean and tidy. Free water
Restaurant was already closed when we arrived at 18

Great little place to stay for a few days in Palenque! We also had to change our plans at short notice, but the hotel was super friendly and flexible with our change request of our reservation. :-)

the fact that it is a museum and a hotel at the same time, when you are into Maya culture, and that’s very likely in Palenque, makes this place a must go to. nice replica’s of Maya steles. had plenty chances to do translations of the maya glyphs.
it was a bit noisy sometimes, but this was due to the spacious ventilation windows that were fortunately well closed by means of insect screens. these windows bring in fresh air at the same time.
4.2
Good bed, shower and wifi. So that is all you need for a 1-night stay.
breakfast is not included, and is on the pricey side in the downstairs (tiny) restaurant.
4.2
clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, good water pressure, good location
beds are, even for Mexican standards, really hard
4.2
The room was good and clean. My compliments for the one who made the towels into artwork.
The location was great.
4.2
Great location, good value. Hot shower with good pressure. Rooms are cleaned everyday with new sheets and towels by a wonderful staff. I’d happily stay here again
Walls are a bit thin if you’re near the street you can hear everything, but the town quiets down fairly early so it wasn’t a big deal.

great location, clean room and great facility, comfortable bed and nice ppl

Great location, close to ADO bus terminal, and also bars and restaurants.

Location is excellent

Great location, right on the tourist street. Fairly big room, comfortable beds. Room cleaned daily, and staff allowed us to leave our bags their after check out.
Very noisy in the morning, although it's hard to blame the hotel for other inconsiderate people. Wifi was terrible in our room.
4.2
Amazing location, view from the roof terrace, comfy room, friendly and helpful staff.
Extremely happy with our stay
Walls were a tad thin but we still slept completely fine
4.2
Great location in Palenque. The room was clean. The shower was hot. The WiFi was fast.

The location, hot water & powerful shower, they got great towels, air dryer, very good overall.
The noise, you can hear everyone outside your room.

Location.
1. Check-in: the guy was clueless and couldn't find my booking despite showing it on my phone.
2. There are a few eco-policies. However, despite hanging up the towel and not leaving it on the floor, the maid changed it.
3. No water bottles are supplied, but there is a dispenser. Ok, fine. But the maid simply took my empty water bottle, which I had carefully left on the table for reuse. At 10pm I could not get any water from the dispenser, no bottle to put it in.
4. For some reason the lights were switched off in the passage every night, leaving me stumbling around in darkness when I left the room.
5. When I complained to reception, I was essentially ignored, as his phone, the computer and other staff took precedence.
Doubt if I would stay here again.

Loved the location! And the staff was so welcoming and kind, we were very happy. It was easy to visit the Palenque ruins and other attractions from here - we had free private parking at the hotel.
Can't think of anything. Everything was nice.
4.2
location and staff. They helped us with our bags and allowed us to move to a larger room in the main building.
The window of our room opened to the hallway so we heard other travelers leaving early in the morning. The rooms in the adjoining building which is the newer part are too small for 2 people.
4.2
Good location, very good for the value. I would stay again.
4.2
Rooms at the rear side with windows to garden area much nicer than inside onrs. Very quite, nice sitting areas incl. Ropf terrase, quiet location, restaurants near by.
Beds were quite hard.
First rooms offered were quite basic without ouside windows.

One of the best hotels in Palenque. The owner, Mr Marco Antonio Morales, was around one day and he was always extremely helpful and nice to us. The hotel is perhaps in the best location of Palenque, comfortable and clean. The area is nice, the facilities and surroundings are spectacular as well as the views.
Maybe that the car park is not so close to the rooms and you have to carry your luggage about 150 metres. This is not a big issue but in a rainy afternoon can be a hassle.
4.2
located on a road with many nice restaurants and bars where you can sit outside in the shade and eat pretty well. property is ok. with nice breakfast.. and basic but functional rooms.
at 3:30 in the morning i was awakened by rolling suitcases in the hallways..i think a whole bus departed. there was o way to go back to sleep..
4.2
Great location close to the ADO bus station, supermarket, and a nice selection of restaurants. Also not far from the markets. Staff is friendly and room was very clean. Having a water dispenser on every floor was great. Good water pressure, air conditioning and ceiling fan. WiFi decent, good breakfast, and top floor covered balcony was a nice area to relax outside of the room.
Only downside is noise. Walls are thin and there are vents so any noise in the common areas, neighbors, or adjacent restaurants playing music can be heard. Bring earplugs.
4.2
Good place for visiting the ruins. It has a fitting atmosphere (lots of maya sculptures/pictures)
The safe was not functioning.
4.2
Location near the ADO bus station
Room with no view
