About this house rental

Estate on Market located within walking distance to all of Berlin’s shops and dining areas. After a long day of shopping, you can enjoy a very clean and welcoming space large enough to host 10 people.

Prior to your arrival you will be given a code to the keyless entry. If you would like to meet me and chat about local restaurants and destinations. I would love to give you some ideas.

For your safety we have security cameras located at the front door and at the garage door.

We had a fantastic time at this house & travelling around Amish country! We immensely enjoyed the shops and restaurants which are just a short walk away. The house was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

We had several age groups and marital statuses that needed to get ready for a wedding. This place was perfect. Every group had their own space. It was a short walk to the downtown area. Everything about this house was amazing. The value for the money was incredible. The hostess thought of everything any guest could want. I think you would be completely satisfied if you stayed here.

This house could not be in a better location. Walkable to all the Berlin attractions (shops, coffee, all that). The house was immaculately clean and had plenty of space. We hosted a bachelorette party here and it was fantastic. The host was incredible and the checkin process was seamless. 10/10 stay here for your next girls trip.

we arrived Monday and stayed until Wednesday, there were 4 of us and we each had our own room. the house is beautiful and our host was wonderful to work with. Everything is like it shows only maybe better in person. We all really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Our overall impression of the property was it is clean and well taken care of. The decor of the house is beautiful. Charming home! But beware because you are being watched outside by cameras at the front door and by the garage area. You are being heard and seen. You will be called out for what you are doing by the owner and neighbors. The neighborhood is extremely conservative. I would not recommend to anyone that plans to have any interaction outside the house such as playing in the yard or having a fire as the neighbors are extremely sensitive to noise. Our group of middle-aged women were reprimanded for being loud while sitting outside enjoying each others company.

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved the little touches Anna provided with a bowl of candy for the kids, some swiss cheese to try from Guggisberg, and homemade protein balls to snack on. Made our stay extra fun and special to celebrate a milestone birthday

The house is so pretty and was perfect for our friends weekend. The kitchen had all amenities needed to cook , serve and plates/utensils needed. Internet and TV worked all weekend. When we arrived there was a nice gift of cheese appropriate for Amish area and some yummy cookies as well. We had so much fun playing games at the table with seating for 8. Thank you again for having such a nice property.

We held a family Christmas celebration at the house and had a wonderful time. The house was as advertised in a great location near Berlin shops and stores. Only negative was the truck traffic noise on busy Market Street - not much the owner can do about that.

Every room was magnificent as there was much attention to detail. Beautiful rooms at every turn, the location was perfect and Anna Mae could not have been more helpful! If we ever return to this area I only hope it will be available to us again! If you have a chance book it! You will not be disappointed!

Anna’s home was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and the attention to detail was superb. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and washcloths, and had everything we needed and then some. The home was situated within walking distance to the shops in Berlin and within easy driving distance to all the surrounding activities. We highly recommend this VRBO.

OMG, this place is immaculate! It’s definitely a home away from home! Very Clean and the location is close to everything! Ms. Anna makes sure that you have everything! She also quick to respond to her guest! I give 10 Stars and I’ll definitely be staying there again!

We were a group of friends coming to Ohio for the softball tournament and music in Winesburg. This house is very well located, walking distance to the shops in Berlin. Exceptionally clean and comfortable beds. We used the gas grill and enjoyed a comfortable meal and evening there. I would definitely recommend this house and host. Thanks

We came to visit Holmes county for our second year in a row and were needing a home for ourselves, my wife’s folks, and her brother and his wife. This lovely home fit the bill perfectly! The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you’ll need while visiting Berlin! Located two blocks off the the main shopping area it’s easy to get where you want to go in a short time! I reached out to Anna a couple of times and each time she had the information or answers I needed! My wife and I are already thinking a future trip with our kids and grandkids is going to happen! Estate on Market will be part of that plan! Thanks Anna!

The home was decorated in a lovely simplistic manner. Super easy to get in and out, simple clean up at end and everyone was extremely comfy!!! We could walk to so many places! Backyard and front porch was perfect to sit and visit on!!! Hostess was sweet and texted with me throughout our stay!

House had everything we needed and more, very clean and big enough for us and more if we wanted. We all had our own room and Ana was very helpful with any questions. Prefect walking distance for all the shops and Berlin. Couldn't have asked for more.
