Overall, we enjoyed our time there. We had a little issue in the beginning, but it was quickly resolved. I really liked that the laundry and pool were across the street, which was very helpful for our lengthy stay. We also did our best to clean up the cottage prior to leaving, for a quick turn around.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and had a great time! The inside was clean, and we liked the beach themed decor, including a light up palm tree! The outside porch area had chairs and a nice view. It was also close to the beach. The listing said a 3 minute walk, but that is from the front of the park, it's more like 15 from this particular location. Still close, but something to keep in mind. The place was stocked with just about everything we needed, and the TV with Roku was nice.

Excellent location, friendly people. The little trailer is charming with its deck facing Backbay, and front porch facing a wonderful salt water pool. The breeze was delightful, especially on hot summer days. Very neat and clean. Highly recommend

Place Not as advertised at all. A 20 minute walk from beach advertised as 3. No visibility of sunset from balcony advertised as such. Property was not clean. Grill was gross. Wasp nests around stored beach chairs. Window fan loud and not working well. Blinds old and bent of shape. Outdoor ceiling lighting bulbs all broken and not working. One bicycle rusty with a flat tire. And no pump at sight. Gated community gate opener not working when tested at 10 pm with 30 min time wasted to have the gate remotely opened by host. Zero charm given to place. Guest notebook left in room with very outdated guest notes. Inside the house smelled like a greasy kitchen. Outside porch looked disheveled. Not a single thing to beautify this place. The host had not cleaned the place professionally for a long while and it was very obvious. Overall a trailer trash advertised as a bungalow. We could only tolerate the place for half a day and we left the place 12 hours into our stay.

Overall a good stay. The camper fit our needs well and the location to the pool was great. It would have been nice to have some additional things in the kitchen. There were no large pots or bowls. The main other issue was not the fault of the owner of the camper or the property manager, it was the complex itself. The gate pass almost never worked. We spoke with a friend who owns a camper in the complex and they had to use an app to open the gate for us just to return onto the property. There should be a code provided so access can happen more efficiently.

Terrible experience! The building exterior: green algae growth on stairs, gas grill grates coated with old food & extremely dirty, no propane tank, wasp nests in deck box where the musty chair cushions were located, deck chairs were wobbly, spider webs everywhere. The interior appeared unclean as there were spider webs along the ceiling/walls, ceiling fans and light fixtures, ceiling fans had 1/4 inch of dust on the blades, windows were dirty with bugs, spider eggs (on the inside) and webs, the kuerig filter was full of gray matter, teflon was peeling off of the kitchen pans. We didn’t have hot water. Didn’t know the hot water switch was turned off & didn’t know to check for one because there was no information in the welcome binder regarding the system. We made our host aware of these issues immediately, sent photos and received no response to correct the problems. Instead, we were told that this was to be expected because we were “glamping”. We told her that these conditions were completely unacceptable and the listing was not as it was advertised on VRBO. She finally agreed to give us a total refund if we checked out by 10am. We complied & notified her we were leaving. As of this post, no refund was received.

The host, Susan was awesome and extremely responsive. The location is wonderful! I rented from Wednesday to Wednesday and only two issues that we had was that the microwave started tripping on Saturday and continued to trip so it was not usable for the rest of our stay. The other issue was our gate pass, which would not work time to time. However, other residents were kind enough to let us in when we could not get through the gate with our pass. Some positive aspect of the property Is that it was well supplied, with towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, etc and was very happy to have the beach chairs to use! The grill worked very well and really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings! I would stay again and plan to return!
