We stay at Waterwalk hotels in different states often. We normally LOVE them. Disappointed this time

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and check in, check out was easy.

Our room had not been cleaned well. The handles on the fridge and freezer had food stuck to the back sides, the stovetop was dirty, there was debris on the rug in the sitting area and all along the walls as if it had all been pushed to the edges when they cleaned. There was garbage that was not our (floss, etc) in the bathroom garbage and the washer and dryer were so noisy we had to turn the dryer off to sleep after closing the door to watch tv.

I wouldn’t stay here again for the cost.

fairly new

there were hairs in the bathroom sink. food stuck the the sink in the kitchen. and it sure as hell did not pass the black light test. shower also had hair in and around the drain. pillows were very old and used. for that money, they need a pool or continental breakfast.

Place to relax.

Very clean, bright, quiet. Would be great for extended stay. Comfortable beds. Kitchen with utensils and cleaning supplies, washer and dryer, and counters in bathroom to place our stuff. Great a/c. Dog fee should be per stay, not per night. We did get promotional rate since it’s a new hotel. Don’t think I could afford it for short stay.

Very convenient location, nice room and helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked having a washer and dryer in the room.

Could have used the trash removed every other day.

Very good

The location was good, right off the freeway and close to shopping and eateries. Quiet hotel. Enjoyed the coffee/latte machine.

There was only one bath towel and one hand towel in the bathroom when we arrived. Our reservation was for two occupants so there should have been more towels. My husband went to the front desk and was able to get more towels. The bed wasn't as comfortable as other hotels we've stayed at.

We will definitely stay again if needed and would highly recommend the WaterWalk.

The rooms are very nice and modern. The property is well kept and the staff is great! They are all very friendly. We stayed in a 1 bedroom and it has a nice kitchen and a washer and dryer. We have been traveling for a while so the kitchen and washer/dryer were much appreciated.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice rooms. Accommodations fitted our needs for our 5 day stay. Good location.

We had scheduled for a 3pm or earlier check-out because we had a commitment the morning of our check-out. Turns out that we were pressured out of our room by phone calls and someone actually walking into our room while we were packing up. We never experienced this before. This happened Saturday between 12pm and 100pm at the Meridian location.

Nicely built, quiet, hotel rooms w ALL amenities, PLUS actual suites you can rent, (unfurnished)

The rooms were basically your own private apartment w all the needed amenities including washer & dryer IN the rooms

I paid extra for a balcony suite and was not given that room. Also they were so new, it was their first weekend, so front desk employees couldn't answer many questions due to them not knowing the information.

I don’t believe I would stay here again, there are many options in the area that are much nicer.

The location is convenient and the kitchen is clean. The hotel is new and was open 2 weeks when I arrived. They had a gym, although I didn’t have a chance to use it. My room had an apartment sized washer and dryer combo, which was a nice bonus.

My room over looked a large plumbing contractor’s yard, not exactly what someone wants to see out their windows. The sound proofing between floors was missed and was exaggerated by the lament floors in the rooms. There wasn’t any breakfast included and the coffee in the room was horrible, you may want to buy your own coffee and filters if you wanted coffee in your room.

Friendly and accommodating staff and clean rooms. We would stay here again.

The hotel was new, clean, and quiet. We also like that it was only a block away from the hospital with several restaurants very near. Also, the staff was very accommodating.

When I booked the room it said there was a balcony but they didn’t actually give us a balcony room.

Awesome stay

Beautiful, very well appointed, the full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, comfortable bed and bedding, thick soft towels, they thought of everything down to the soaps.

There are still a couple of hiccups with their registration system, but they are working on it.
