Other new or like-new items include, flat screen televisions, ceiling fans, furniture, linens and towels, kitchen equipment, glassware, plates, silverware, etc. The list goes on and on! Fish right off the dock or try your luck surf fishing or book a charter with one of the local guides for a thrilling day of sport fishing or backwater challenges. Trout, Redfish, Snook, Tarpon and Grouper are just a few of the many species that call our waters home.

Palm Island is a barrier island and a stones throw from the mainland. You’ll arrive via a short car ferry ride that takes about three minutes. Our island has a resort that offers a casual restaurant, ice cream/deli shop, sundries store and a pirate show for the kids. The island is almost all single family homes so you’ll quickly find it has a pristine 'non-commercial” family feel. There are no large high-rise resorts, beach bars or traffic and noise. If you’re looking for that place in the sun that you can actually hear the wind whistle through the palms - you’ve found your place.

Off island you’ll be close to restaurants, shops, golf courses and world famous Boca Grande as well as other attractions. As we like to say... civilization is close but not too close. Boca Grande offers exclusive shopping, dining and sightseeing. By boat you can reach Cayo Costa Island State Park and Cabbage Key where Jimmy Buffet was inspired to write 'Cheeseburger In Paradise.' Do it all, or do nothing at all, that’s the “island” lifestyle. It’s laid back, always casual (leave your tie at home) and Florida at its best.

No smoking anywhere on the property. One dog allowed. There is an additional $150.00 (plus 12% tax) pet fee.

Our beach vacation to Palm Island was unforgettable! The condo was gorgeous with stunning ocean views. We loved combing the beach for seashells and shark teeth, turning every walk into a treasure hunt. Playing in the sand and waves was a blast, and the sunsets were breathtaking. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation—can't wait to return!

We fell in love with house the moment we got there. It is so beautiful and peaceful. We loved the paddle board and would paddle for hours. They also had beach towels and chairs to use. We will definitely be back.

The location is fantastic—right on the beach! You can watch the sunset from one of the two decks or easily walk to the beach. It's perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing oceanfront getaway. One of the best features for us was that the property is pet-friendly. We were able to bring our dog along, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including a well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, and a spacious living area. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and was available to answer any questions we had prior to our stay. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this beach house and we look forward to returning soon!

Everything from the check in process to the check out process was done with ease. The vacation home was immaculate and had more than enough items for my family. The beach was so close and had multiple amazing views. This is our second time at Don Pablo Island and we will return in the future. Thank you for sharing your gone with us.

We loved staying here. The beach is so close, we went out everyday. The unit was very clean, shower water pressure was great, took 2 kayaks down the canal, took 3 chairs down to the beach, easy sand cleanup at bottem of stairs. Watched Free Roku on TV. Nice beach only a few people on the beach. Nice kitchen & dining room table. We had everything we needed. Nice restaurants in the area. We liked the Lighthouse Tiki bar, outside but very well cooled with fans. Food was great! We bought the 10 trip ferry passes, and rather enjoyed it for the 3 minute rides. This condo was just perfect for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation. It was very nicely furnished, extremely comfortable and obviously well maintained. We loved the proximity to both the beach and the pool. All in all, we were delighted with everything about this wonderful place.

It was a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything w needed. I can’t say enough things about this special island. It was such a joy coming back to share it with my family. This is the best place for kids with the beach being so close. We even got to see the new turtle nests every morning. This property was absolutely amazing! My husband and I gave this vacation to our daughter for a birthday gift. She is an avid shark tooth hunter, she was able to collect over 900 sharks teeth in 5 days. We also had 2 of our grandchildren along with us. They had so much fun especially the 3 year old granddaughter, she's defiantly a beach baby. The unit was beyond awesome, as well as super clean. It had a very well stocked kitchen. The location and view of the ocean was spectacular. The unit also had a great outside area to wash off our shell collection. They also provided lots of water toys to use. I can't say enough good things about this property. The host and all the property staff are so very nice, and always very prompt in answering any questions you might have. Fair warning this vacation home and location will have you wanting to sell everything you own to stay here forever. Truly such a peaceful vacation to slow down and reconnect with your family away from it all. Endless hours on the beach just steps from the back porch. The pool is very close to the unit as well, and was perfect on the day the surf was too rough due to storms. Many hours spent on the screened porch eating every meal and family game nights. The amenities were perfect for our family! The unit was extremely clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. We planned well and grocery shopped for the week prior to crossing on the ferry and never left till it was time to check out. Get the golf cart! Well worth it to cruise the island. We headed down to coconuts for ice cream a few times, down to a different beach for shark teeth, and just loved cruising around looking at all the beach houses. If you are truly looking to get away from it all THIS is your spot! We will be back !

Everything was just perfect! The beach was so close we loved just watching and listening to the waves, walking the beach, and shelling. The unit was wonderful and clean and had everything we needed!

We had a lovely time even though the weather could have been nicer. We didn’t get to use the pool. We were able to see one spectacular sunset, wishing we saw more. The food at the Rum Bay restaurant lacked in flavor, service was good however. The beach was full of shells and it was awesome to walk on.

Palm Island is an amazing spot, and this is an excellent property. The car ferry at $55 a trip ensures all visits to the mainland are efficient and well thought out, but that is no big deal. There was lots of wildlife on display, and we were fortunate to see some loggerhead babies scrambling into the ocean early in the morning. Four of the five made it, and one was an egret snack. The fact that it is booked solid most of the year tells you all you need to know.

Beautiful property located a few steps from the sea, beautiful sunsets that will go into our memories, my 7 and 8 year old daughters loved the pool while the older ones enjoyed the gentle ocean breeze. the house very clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen well equipped. After a quick car ferry ride (this was a first and we thought it was pretty cool) you will arrive at this beautiful home equipped with everything you need for an island getaway. Diane was very responsive to all of my questions and she was a pleasure to speak with. Our family (and the dog) really enjoyed spending our days in the ocean enjoying the kayaks, paddle board and boogie boards. We even saw a gopher tortoise! We brought all of our food and enjoyed family meals on the screened porch while watching the most amazing sunsets. Thank you for sharing your home. We appreciated some much needed family time and relaxation.

We spent an amazing week at this lovely property with our family. Many activities are available in addition to walking the almost solitary beach. An adjacent swimming, tennis/pickleball court, bikes, kayaks and a dock on the bay provided many alternative activities for our kids. We will definitely return!

The location is great. Hard to find a more secluded and peaceful location on the beach. Condo was very clean and stocked well with necessities. Host was communicative and helpful as was Heather with the concierge service. Will stay again. Being able to bring our furry friend was also nice.
