My family and I loved this cabin. It was very clean, well appointed and so very cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

No prior communication about emailing ID for door codes.
Neighbor was shooting guns, roosters from multiple neighbors, roads extremely narrow need to warn people
Home is nice but over priced.

The stay overall was great! The roads are a little narrow to get back to the cabin but the cabin is very pretty and the hot tub is great!

This cabin was beautiful! It was surrounded by nature and was very relaxing. It was lacking some of the necessities (like cookware, and just stuff to clean the counters and stove with) but everything else was wonderful!

We had a great time. The place was clean and very well stocked! Our only complaint was the side door lock was broken and the door wouldn’t lock. We pushed the couch in front of it at night and when we left. They sent a guy out to get it fixed the first day. He couldn’t fix it. We made it work though. It is a cabin well off the beaten path and so peaceful and quiet!

Nice well kept, clean.

This cabin is unique & clean. Some minor wear/tear on some of the doors, and a neighboring rooster that doesn’t hush (which can’t be helped). About a 20 minute drive to downtown. Overall I believe we would stay there again.

We really enjoyed the cabin. I would recommend arriving before dark. The roads up to the cabin in the dark were a bit scary. The cabin wasn’t as isolated as I had hoped. Overall the cabin was great and we really had a wonderful time. I would VRBO with Eden again but closer to town.

Family together for a few days. Great stay with easy access to Great Smoky Mountain Park and the Gatlinburg area. Lots of opportunities for different activities. Wonderful area.

Very cute cabin! Plenty of towels and kitchen was well equipped. Located on very curvy road that in most places is one lane - if you get motion sick be prepared! Secluded feeling even with neighbors, and surrounded by the woods but no view.
Hot tub is located under the deck on the side of the cabin, which is a little inconvenient to access.
Beds are comfy and large tvs. Your just over 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.
We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and Cozy with alot of space and beds!

Very clean. Very comfortable: beds, pillows, furniture, space. Small kitchen but adequate. Plenty of linens, blankets, etc. Hot tub worked perfect. Nice perk.
To be fussy: there's no insulation to soundproof the cabin. Snoring and conversations can be heard in the upstairs bedroom from the main level bedrooms. Main level bedrooms can hear everything from the other rooms.
There's a child size chair at the dining table that is loose and wobbly. Should be replaced.
You're encouraged to use Alexa to answer questions about the cabin but she didn't work.
A rooster across the road starts his wake-up calls at 5 am. Every. Day.

We enjoyed the location of the cabin. Theres no pool table in the game room. There were roaches in the kitchen inside the dish washer and behind and under the fridge. I reached out they did send someone out to spray but never offered to move us to a different location so now im worried ill have roaches at home also. There was huge balls of lint/ dog hair under the beds, i did find hair on the sheets in our bed no big deal it happens. But the roaches. Not to mention the Dirty coffee cup sitting on the table upstairs. We couldnt have coffee without going to town, because of the roach feces in the coffee maker. Gross!
Property manager has been communicating when ive reached out. Guest relations. Ive not heard a word from him. Ive been waiting to hear from him either by phone or email and nothing.
Altho we did like the location and the cabin we probably will not ever stay with Eden Crest again.

As others have said this property is off the beaten path. We weren’t too worried about the roads as we’re from KY but the roads to the cabin are very curvy and very narrow. Once you drive it a few times they become familiar but the first trip out is a bit nerve wrecking. The hot tub was nice but in an odd location. It’s under the deck on gravels. We didn’t expect this and thus didn’t pack shoes to wear in and out of the hot tub. The stairs down the deck to the hot tub were covered in leaves and branches as well as the gravel path from the basement door. The listing states they have a pool table but there wasn’t one. Overall the house was clean, the beds were nice and the internet worked well. The fireplace hadn’t been turned on and the heat didn’t work so we had to use emergency heat for our stay. We called property management and they responded quickly but weren’t able to fix the heat until the last night of our stay. Overall the cabin was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, it was nice and peaceful. The road getting to the place was pretty curvy and narrow, but we made it! The only other issue was that the upstairs toilet ran nonstop, which was a tad bit bothersome when trying to sleep. Besides for that, we enjoyed our stay.

This property is ideal if you want to get out of the hustle of downtown Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge. Great amenities onsite and a lot of room for upwards of 8 to 10 guests. I would definitely think about staying here again.
The drive up the mountain, once you get off the main road, can get a little hairy. Much of the road is not wide enough for two normal size vehicles, much less two large SUVs or trucks driving different directions. I've driven mountain roads before so it wasn't that bad; but for the unexperienced - it could get scary.
We had only one minor issue with the rental. We were there for five days/four nights. The first two days and nights had mild temperatures so the HVAC was not used/required. We actually opened the windows at night the first two nights. However, the temperatures dropped into the upper 40s/low 50s the last two nights and the furnace did not function at all. It blew cold air the entire time it was in use. We turned on the gas fireplace for the last few hours before we went to bed each night to warm up the rental. It would not have been worth the effort over the last two days/nights to get the rental agency involved.
Besides the furnace issue - this place was perfect.

We all enjoyed the cabin. I loved the early morning sounds of the mountain inhabited, so peaceful. It was close enough to Dollywood.
The porches were also nice.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the Rockin R cabin. It was charming and comfortable for 6 people (four adults/two teenagers). However, it was located quite a bit farther back into the mountains then expected from the main road. With the very winding drive, it took about 20 minutes longer (both ways) to come and go from the cabin. This added more time to our daily outings into town. However, once on the main road, Gatlinburg was a short drive. All in all, it was a nice rental.

We had an amazing time! The cabin was exactly as it looked on VRBO. My family loved the game room!! We also took advantage of the Xplorie free activities!! The only drawbacks were that the road to get in and out was hard to maneuver not being used to driving in the mountains, and it took longer to get to our planned activities than I anticipated.

My friends and I were looking for an authentic Smoky Mountains experience, and that's exactly what this property provides. It was so peaceful in the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains, and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend.I would definitely stay here again.

The home was nice and for the most part clean. However there was a nasty rag left in the garbage disposal stinking up the living area until I removed it. The back/side door lock did not function at all and the slide chain supplied was damaged and unusable leaving all residence in an unlocked home. There are several neighbors to include a run down trailer where the residents fired their guns repeatedly. The upstairs toilet ran continuously until I repaired the valve as well. I also had to contact the owners for the code as none were supplied. Last thing is the 10am check out this is to early when people are on vacation. And when I attempted to contact the manager I never received a call back.

It’s a nice cabin in the woods. Lot of neighborhood dogs running around. All of them were nice. Peaceful and quiet.

My family of eight stayed at this cabin right at the end of May. My kids are 15, 13, 12, 12, 12, and 10. Their favorite part about it was the game room and bedroom down in the basement. The beds were comfortable. The whole place was clean. I also got a free ticket to Dollywood for booking with them. We are definitely coming back.
