This well-presented cosy ground floor apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the sweeping beach and cliffside castle in this popular and much photographed village in north Northumberland. With two bedrooms, one with work space with desk and lamp, Brada View is both child and dog friendly and accommodates families, couples or friends. The large living room with a smart TV, DVD and choice of games and books is cosy for those times relaxing inside. The kitchen is well equipped should you want to cook up a storm preparing your evening meals or lunches. Sunny mornings you can sit in the small private enclosed patio garden whilst planning your days adventures.
It lies less than half a mile from the beach with the dramatic fortress castle overlooking this glorious and most photographed stretch of stunning coastline in Northumberland. Bamburgh is a stunningly attractive small village set on the Northern stretch of the Northumberland Coast and is without doubt dominated by its magnificently striking castle that can be seen for miles around, giving the whole village a somewhat dramatic feeling. You can’t fail to be impressed by the sheer scale of the castle once you are up close and in the village itself.
There is much to do in the village alongside the castle and its amazing history, there are impressive stretches of pure golden sandy beaches, many English tea rooms and restaurants, St. Aidan’s Church and a wonderful RNLI museum dedicated to Grace Darling. Why not hit the waves yourself with a trip to the Farne Islands? Take a boat trip from Seahouses and see the medieval pele tower and Victorian lighthouse, as well as the famous sea bird colony. Depending on the time of year, you might catch a glimpse of the friendly seals and puffins that visit the islands’ shores. Golfers flock to Bamburgh, where the Bamburgh Castle Golf Club offers a particularly picturesque round.
