Welcome to our spacious split foyer home, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. You'll love cooking in our recently renovated kitchen, and soaking in our 10 jet jacuzzi tub. If you are traveling for work we have an office area equipped with a 2022 MacBook Air. We welcome you to bring your furry friends as we have the back yard set up and ready for them. Located minutes from I-395, 15 minutes from the heart of DC and 15 minutes from the Reagan International Airport.

Take full advantage of the beautiful Alexandria area and kick your shoes off in this very roomy 2,000 sq ft. mid century modern home. The open floor plan boasts vaulted ceilings, which let in plenty of natural light. Enjoy our recently renovated kitchen, complete with granite countertops, maple cabinets with soft-close doors and drawers, and stainless steel appliances. Cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience.
Our home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The keyless front door entry, smart home thermostat, and high-speed internet ensure a comfortable stay. There are also large TVs for your entertainment.
You'll have access to a large master bedroom with five windows in the basement, as well as a spacious office with a 2022 MacBook Air M2 and wireless mouse. Downstairs, enjoy a cup of coffee at our coffee station or indulge in complimentary snacks and water upstairs.
Private driveway parking is available for up to two cars, and there is street parking as well. There is also plenty of storage space throughout the entire home.
Outside, you'll find a full quarter-acre of grassy fat land; complete with an outdoor patio, pet waste station, bowls, and treats for your furry friends. The backyard is fully fenced in for your privacy and peace of mind.
Our energy-efficient Rheem HVAC system and upgraded architectural shingle roof and gutters ensure your comfort and safety during your stay.

Getting to Washington DC is easy with just a 15-minute drive or a 15-minute bus ride to the Pentagon (Orange) or Van Dorn Metro (Blue). The WHO/BRAC building is just a 10-minute walk away. You'll be minutes from the 8W; in addition to 28 bus routes.

• By booking a reservation, you automatically agree to abide by all of the house rules.
• We have a pet waste station located in the backyard supplied with bags to dispose of the waste. Failure to pick up after your pet will result in a $225 fine.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee

A great centralized location for events in the district and in western Fairfax. The house comfortably fit 7 adults and 3 active elementary aged children. The highlight of the stay was when 2 deer had dinner in the front yard. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for our trip. Everyone had their own space. We were there very little but enjoyed the time we had. Accessing the metro was a breeze parking at the Van Dorn station and riding in.

We had a group of 10 people stay here over the Christmas holiday. The property is really conveniently located - it’s easy to get into DC, and throughout Northern Virginia. The home itself is much larger than initially expected and the host was super helpful and responsive any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here so my son and family could go to DC before flying out. Plenty of room. Close to stores. Downstairs was cold. Upstairs just right. Parking tight due to someone else parking in front of house.

My friends and I were in town for shows at Wolf Trap and loved staying at this place. It was a quick and easy drive and the house was spacious, clean, and had a washing machine and fenced in backyard. Communication was strong. I would definitely recommend it.

The home was quite spacious and a very open layout. The beds were all very comfortable and not just cheap beds most rental homes have. All of us had a wonderful stay and a good nights sleep. Highly recommend because it is very close to DC, the airports, and good food in Alexandria.
