- located in the old town of Kotor, picturesque spot
- cleanliness
- welcoming staff, helped me out with transfer from/to Podgorica
- loads of places to eat around the hotel
- not a problem but might be helpful for other travellers: there's no lift in the building so you have to take your luggage upstairs by yourself. Though, it doesn't spoil the stay

Karakteristiek huis, leuk opgedeeld.
De techniek verdient wat aandacht, zoals een lekkende kraan, klemmende voordeur en een afgebroken ophangpunt van de douchekop.
4.5
Well presented and clean ; good location
Minor things that can be fixed: air con of nearby room too noisy ; leaking tap in basin also noisy
4.0
It's perfectly situated in the old town and just around the corner from the trail up to the fortress. The mattress was comfy, and the AirCon worked well.
Breakfast was not in the hotel but outside at another restaurant. While they were friendly at Siempre, quality of the breakfast is okayish. What I really disliked, but to no fault of the hotel, it the noise level in the old town. The restaurants underneath the hotel close up at 11, but at 6 someone comes around and starts cleaning again. So if you have the windows open, you hear it. Furthermore, the old town is a party place, so the noise keeps on until the early hours. Next time I would not sleep directly in the old town anymore.
You need to throw the toilet paper in the trash, but the bin was never emptied during a three night stay.

The location is in the heart of the old city . A very good feeling . We felt very good 4 days.
To arrive to the residence with luggage is a little bit difficult . After one day , you learn the parking system ( free of charge ) every think becomes easy .

Nice, and clean! The staff was helpful, and they also provided as much free water you like.

Perfect location close to Sea Gate. Lovely, helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Good breakfast in Siempre

Location and facilities were great, including even a lesson in making Turkish coffee!
Slight problem that the owners are working on: The windows are not well enough insulated to keep out street noise

The staff were really helpful and kind, answering messages quickly and efficiently. The location was great and the room was perfect for a solo traveller.
The drainage in the shower wasn't working as it should.

The staff were very kind, they carried about us. In the share kitchen was the fridge for use, also the water for drinking was there too. They provided the services like taxi transfer, helping us with everything what we needed.the room was clean and equipped with everything we need. Around the accomodation are maybe two restaurants, it's little noisy at the night there, but after the midnight there is a quite place to sleep. If the noise is for someone problem, is good to know that the old city is at the night full of people (during the summer) and there are more loudly streets that this one.

The breakfast was in a cafe about 3 minutes walk from the accommodation. It was good - omelettes etc and coffee and orange juice. The staff at the Casa Antika were very friendly and helpful. One of the team drove us back to the airport for a very reasonable cost (20 euros). Location in centre of medieval old town and a charming 19th century style room with huge comfortable bed.
Kotor Old Town is a medieval walled city. No cars. When we arrived our taxi dropped us at the wrong entrance to the city. More detailed instructions on location from the Casa Antika when we booked would have been useful. Also they very kindly arranged a car to take us back to the airport and the offer of a car to bring visitors in from the airport might be a good idea for the future. The apartment is in the middle of the city and so there is noise from the streets (sometimes very late at night) and also from air conditioning units in adjacent buildings. This has to be balanced against staying inside this magical place, including being a few minutes from countless bars and restaurants.

Nice, new room with medieval interior. Very nice host, she was in contact with us all the time. Tasty breakfest in restaurant Siempre incluided in the price. Exact old center.
Our room was located on the 1st floor in front of restaurant. It's better to get this upstairs not to look into the windows in front and staff walking around.

stunning property
was a little difficult to locate and parking was a challenge

The host and hostesses all went out of their way to ensure that we were well taken care of. The property is truly beautiful. Our room was five star quality, from the antique chandelier in the spacious bedroom to the old world faucets in the bath, as well as the beautifully appointed bed linens and drapes framing the deeply set windows and wooden shutters. The original antique tile on the bedroom floor was in excellent shape. The bed was comfortable. The new flat-screen TV and the HVAC were easy to use and the neighborhood quiet at night. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast through a restaurant a short walk away. If we ever get to return to Kotor, we will be hoping this hotel is still available--it has been the highlight of our trip. What a wonderful memory we will have, and what an appropriate way to end our trip to Kotor Old Town.
Everything was perfect!
