Room was too small when extra cot was put inside we ended up getting an extra bed. Breakfast was ok.
I didn’t like the location, nothing special. We took buses to other locations. I found the beach crowded, touristic and the beach sets and restaurants around the area grungy. The food at this beach area was not great- everyone selling pizza and spaghetti to try and satisfy the tourist market.

Doar amabilitatea uneia dintre receptioniste si unei fete de pe salonul de restaurant
Micul dejun f slab,la baie nu s a pus zilnic produse de ingrijire ,salteau de jos din camera fugea de pe pat

Everything!! The property was clean, reception ladies were incredibly helpful, bar staff were amazing, pool was a great temperature, was close to everything. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed hotel!
The shower was a bit rubbish

Our second star and it was as good as the first time. Location is great (2 min from beach and main boulevard with shops and restaurants), friendly staff, really good breakfast. Peaceful and pool really clean.
It is a little outdated, especially the bathroom, which still have curtains instead of glass boxes, but I guess everything else makes up for it. If you stay in the "main buildin” you can expect noises on the corridor since there is no soundproof doors (or walls).

Amazing location, staff is very friendly and the chef who makes the breakfast makes the best breakfast buffet you can wish for. We are definitely coming back. Lovely pool, nice food, rooms are big enough and bed was comfy even for a pregnant lady.

Hermes Hotel was lovely, the staff were accommodating and hospitable.
The superior deluxe room I stayed in was spotless!!!The hotel even provided a vanity pack consisting of a nail file, ear buds and face pads, tbh it is was a nice touch. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and also the bus stop into Fira, journey approx 20mins and another 20-30mins to Oia. The bus was cheap and easy to get around the Island.
- the shower cubicle was small, the room would benefit from a glass panel or longer shower curtains (water frequently went on the floor, even near the toilet)
- The bathroom should be refurbished in line with the modernised parts of the hotel
- I had to collect an iron/iron board from reception rather than staff delivering it to my room (other hotels bring these items to the room)
- There was no toaster to make toast.

Hermes Hotel is in an excellent location and a short few minute walk to beach where there are loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. The hotel is super clean and we had daily maid service.
The staff are fantastic - nothing is too much for them and always helpful and very friendly - the friendliness of all the staff everywhere in Santorini is one thing that stood out for me. Stunning island.

Breakfast was amazing, a lot of variation, lovely food. The tomato fritter was so good! more of these next time please :) The bed was probably the comfiest I have experienced in a hotel. 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants, bars. Kamari is also a lovely resort, and was great with our 1 year old.
Nothing.
