Nice and comfortable, quiet and good location

Quiet location, 10 minute walk to the shops bars and restaurants on the beach The place was clean and comfortable with plenty of space The outside area we had was great very private and spacious

The showers need updating, the holes blocked in the shower head, squirting water in all directions. There was a middle panel in the column that if you turning the button the wrong way water went everywhere. Leaving the bathroom floor soaking wet and floor was only provided once and then taken away never to be seen again for the full week even when we asked for one we didn’t get one.

The location for Kamari centre was perfect,a 15-minute walk and other locations if you had transport, but there were buses available. The hosts were very helpful and nice and did anything they could to help. The rooms were okay, with a rooftop you could sit out on if you wished. And a great view in the daytime. The breakfast was very good, with quite a few choices available. Super value for the price.

Sun Spring Suites is close to the airport runway, so it was noisy at times. There was always aircraft coming into land. The bedroom ceiling was quite low, so I banged my head a few times. The stairs were narrow and precarious. Great care was needed going up and down. It would have been nice to have a bigger fridge in the kitchen. The hottub was freezing at times and probably needs a heater on it, just to warm the water slightly. It was quite refreshing, though, on a hot day. The rooftop could do with a light on for night time, to sit out on.

Nice stay and good location to visit the whole island

The property is clean and silent. It is easy to find, just 1km from bus stop of Kamari and 500m from the beach and bars/restaurants. The room was specious and equipped with everything you need but a bit hot so there was always the need of air conditioning. Staff was excellent, kind and always ready to help in any situation.

Breakfast could be better organised both in terms of offers and practical organisation because everything was put together and sometimes crowded and difficult to take things but it offered both savoury and sweet options and staff continuously replaced.

The staff are very friendly, and any issues raised were resolved instantly. Very kind and looked after us during our stay. Overall our stay was positive.

The shower pressure was not very good but we managed.

Nice stay!

Room was bigger than we expected. We had 2 bedrooms and a living space with a pool. Water temperature was perfect. Breakfast was also really good with many options. Location is good with easy walk to a small market and the beach. Also, only 10-15 walk into the main area with many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again. We took a bus to Theria and Oia and it was really easy. Highly recommend.

The beds were really hard. The showers were sort of small with a weird set up but everything worked fine.

Wonderful stay at Kamari!

Lucia was a really nice host, being very welcoming and helpful since the beginning. The last day they also helped us keeping our luggage safe until late afternoon, since we had to go on a boat trip. The place is very nice, breakfast is abundant (buffet) and with a large choice between fruit, eggs &bacon, donuts, cereals, milk, coffee, juices, toast ham&cheese, croissants and maybe I forgot something… and another plus is that breakfast is served just next to the pool, so that one morning we drunk our coffees with our feet in the water :) I would definetely recommend the superior suite, upper floor with private hot tub on the terrace. The apartment has two floors, at the first you find a nice kitchen, bathroom and 2 single beds, at the second there’s the double room (low roof, watch your head!) and panoramic terrace with the hot tub. Fantastic!

Really nothing to blame about staff and accomodation, if I have to say something it would be just about the position, a little bit too close to the airport (but in the end it was entertaining to see planes landing from so close and actually they don’t fly right above your head, so you can Enjoy it - DON’T WORRY: NOT NOISY AT NIGHT) and 10-15min walking from the center and the best part of the beach (there’s beach just in front but not so nice), but we had a rental car so really not a problem.

beautiful place,very clean great view to the sea. the theme was very nice breakfast is very good next to the pool. my partner had a birthday and the owner helped to arrange everything in the room.

the airport is near to the hotel,so in the night from time to time till 01:00 pm the noise from plane is a bit noisy to people that want to sleep early.

For those reading the reviews on this property I would highly recommend you reconsidering. 1) apartment number 5; the door is jammed and very hard to open. The “owner” told us this on arrival and has since tried billing us for the damage? 2) the photos that are taken are very good and don’t resemble in person. 3) we attended for a wedding in Santorini. On the day of the wedding we had no water to shower. We were told this was the whole of Kamari which was a lie, it was just our apartment (we went to a friends hotel down the road to shower). Workmen were back and forth sorting out the water. Eventually came back on. 4) Early hours the next day, we got back to the apartment and it was flooded with sewerage water containing faeces and urine which left marks all over the floor, saturated our clothes and shoes and the smell was foul. I had a 7 week old baby with me and we had to sleep outside as no help was given. 5) eventually when the “owner” came to see us he said to me a full refund will be given and compensation for our damaged clothes. 6) since then they have refused to refund me, accused us of numerous things which are complete lies and are not responding to booking.com 7) booking.com have been useless and I have been given different information by number people working there. 8) I would not stay here, they spoilt our holiday and are extremely ignorant people.

A well-located suite close to the beach. It was well-sized and had large rooms, a wonderful private pool, and a jacuzzi, which kids enjoyed. The staff was very helpful and helped us in arranging our rides and suggested good places to visit.

Not a 3 star in my eyes, much much nicer. We had a 2 bedroom suite (2 adults &13 year old daughter)with private pool and it was just stunning. Rooms had everything that we needed and the patio was fabulous. Breakfast was delivered freshly made with various different options. The communal pool area was fab and the temp perfect for an after dinner swim. We were there for a friends wedding, the bride got ready at our accommodation and the staff were wonderful, offering to bring food and drinks to our visitors. Outstanding service, lovely people and a location which I can only call paradise. I'd go back like a shot.

I forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning lady and feel really bad , she looked after us so well.

we made a mistake with our reservation and they didn’t took advantage of it, although they could. The hotel is really nice and clean with very friendly personal. The lady working at the reception is incredibly nice and friendly, with a great mindset. The breakfast was the best of my whole stay in Greece. I highly recommend it
