Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay at "All About the View"! This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath chalet. which is located in the famous Chalet Village Community, offers an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains from most rooms, especially the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. From the deck you can look out at a beautiful view of Mount LaConte, with the Ober Mountain Tram passing by and Anakeesta off in the distance, or down below at downtown Gatlinburg. This spacious chalet also offers a fully furnished kitchen, a game room in the loft, movies and books at the main tv, a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, and a wood burning fireplace in the front room(Oct. 1st to May 1st only). Outdoors you will find a private hot tub, deck chairs, a picnic table, and 2 charcoal grills. ALL ABOUT THE VIEW is located less than a mile to Ober Mountain and less than 2 miles from the downtown Gatlinburg strip, both of which offer shopping, resturants, and entertainment. This property also includes free access to 3 Chalet Village Clubhouses offering swimming pools, tennis courts, game rooms, and fitness area.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice that there was a bookshelf full of things to read and watch. The driveway turn around was a little short and the driveway was steep, but we used our 4-wheel drive to get up and it was ok! Host was very responsive! The view was gorgeous, especially at sunrise. You can see the moon, sunrise and lights of the city below. Very nice!

We had a wonderful stay. I was amazed how secluded it felt, while being close to so much. The roads are a little scary up in the mountains, but well maintained and marked. Watch out for bears at dusk if you’re out for a walk!

Even nicer than the pictures. Really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was stocked really well, even including kids' dishes. Very clean and comfortable. Kids loved the arcade play space. The driveway is steep and a bit intimidating the first time but we made it up and down fine. Nice glider on the deck to enjoy the view with morning coffee.

We had a great time Thanksgiving week. Rebecca had the place decorated for the holidays which was wonderful for the kids. It had all the small things that made our stay easier - kids plastic utensils and plates, fans, hangers. These little details helped to make life easier on the road. Thanks for a great stay!

This very cozy family cabin was a wonderful getaway for our family. All of the furniture was comfy and cozy. It was filled with great decor and was not only stocked well but had backups on alot! We had 2 different bear sightings and several proofs of bears coming by. Nothing dangerous! The manager/owner was very helpful and quick to get back to us when we had questions! We would recommend this cabin to any group and hope to return ourselves.

Overall it was a good place to stay but just a few inconveniences. Make sure you bring coffee and cleaning supplies like disinfecting wipes and laundry soap. We were given exactly one towel per guest for the entire 6 night stay so the laundry soap was really needed. The view is good but could be better if a couple of trees were trimmed. I know this is probably out of the owners control. Also, unfortunately for us during our stay we were informed the hot tub was broken and we're told we were on a list to have it fixed but it was never fixed. This was a huge disappointment as it was a large part of the appeal but I recognize this was beyond the owners control. You are also able to swim at different properties as part of the rental being in partnership with this cabin club program thing. I did get extremely frustrated with them as they randomly closed at times during business hours without any notice and never answered their phone. Warning they are a very unreliable activity during your stay. Once again not a reflection of the owner. The cabin was very clean and the beds we're comfortable. The drive way is steeper then you think it is but only a small inconvenience. The location was very close to Gatlinburg and the national park.

Family of 4, we rented for 4 days. Check in and check out was effortless. The owner kept in contact with us, keeping us updated on weather and possible hazards. The chalet was clean, well-stocked and oh so cozy. We settled in right away and enjoyed the peacefulness and gorgeous view. The drive up is steep, as well as the driveway, but after the first time, in an SUV, it was easily managed. Location is absolutely perfect for downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park. The hot tub and string lights were an added bonus. We loved everything and would consider renting again in the future.

This cabin was very nice and very clean. Multiple viewpoints from either the lower deck or upper balcony. Hot tub was very nice and clean with a view of the mountains while you relax. Very close to the strip in Gatlinburg which was a must have for us. We took two children (6&7) and they loved the game room. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this property. Driveway was steep but had no issues in a regular sedan. Everything was super clean and hot tub was awesome. Amenities were perfect and there were two coffee makers, one for pods and one regular. We absolutely will stay here again.

We took the family up for the weekend after Christmas and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and was decorated for Christmas. Both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were very short drives. Hot tub was great. Owner was so nice. Couldn't have had a nicer place!

The views at the property are amazing! We stayed there for our sons 9th birthday and had his grandparents along with us. The cabin was very accommodating. Everything you would need for a weekend or 2 week stay which ever you choose. The bed were comfortable. And everything was clean and fresh. I will agree with the others who have reviewed this property that the driveway is really steep! The hot tub was awesome and comfortably fit all of us. Coffee in the morning on the balcony was probably my favorite part of the trip! Breathtaking views! We will definitely have this property at the top of our list for our next visit. Side note… we forgot our sons stuffed animal he usually sleeps with, but we were pleasantly pleased to see there was a stuffed bear that took its place for our short stay. (He named him Peter.)

I agree with all the positive feedback that's been posted. One unexpected surprise/benefit was their DVD library. They had great movies! We made it our little evening ritual to watch one each night switching genres nightly to appease everyone. There was some housekeeping supplies lacking when we arrived and when we inquired about it, they had housekeeping come the very next day with what we needed. We appreciated the very prompt response.

My only comment would be that the upstairs remained very warm and stuffy compared to the first floor. Not sure the current AC can support the needs of the entire property, during the hot summer months.

We had a great stay at this property! We thought the layout was a little strange at first but ended up loving it. There was plenty of room for us all to hang out but also separate areas where you could read on your own, etc. The game room was perfect for our 12 and 14 year old boys. Also appreciated having throw blankets because it does get a little cool at night - perfect for watching movies, reading, and watching TV.

Just as pictured. Beautiful location and perfect to have a hot tub after lots of hiking and a game room for fun in the evenings. Had an owl land three feet away from us while we were in the hot tub and sighted it on the deck rails and in the tree on other evenings - a lovely visitor. Questions about the reviews of the driveway? We were prepared with a 4wd, but a full size 4 door F150 was honestly too big to maneuver - a smaller truck or SUV would be better. We did it, but it was a bit nerve-wracking. Overall a great stay.

This is a great place to stay for a family or small group of friends. The place was very clean and quiet. The owners really tried to make you feel comfortable. The bath towels were soft and fluffy, the beds were very comfortable, the jacuzzi tub is large and the shower in the master bath has 4 extra sprayers in the wall. Our son loved the game room. The kitchen is very well equipped. The only two small negatives were the upstairs bathroom isn’t plus size friendly as the toilet sits between two walls and is in a very tight space so we had to use the bathroom downstairs and the view was obstructed by the trees on either side. What you can see of the mountains is beautiful. I would definitely not let either of these things stop you from staying here as we would be very happy to stay here again

My mom, sister and I found the Chalet to be clean, spacious and well appointed. Exactly like the pictures and description. The hot tub helped to rejuvenate us after long days of walking and sight seeing. There was lots of information to read about the area. And we even got to see a bear in the neighborhood. He did not bother us and we did not bother him! As noted, the driveway was a challenge. We did need to put the car in Manual Drive and the lowest gear to be able to get up to the parking space. But, it was worth it! Thank you for sharing your chalet with us.

The chalet was wonderful and the view was amazing!!! The roads to get there at first seemed quite intimidating as well as the driveway but after a couple trips it’s not bad at all. The chalet was very clean and perfect for myself, my husband and 9 year old daughter. Perfect location to go anywhere around there. We even saw a black bear right up the road as we were leaving to go to dinner. He was just casually walking on the road.

We had a great Spring Break stay at this cabin/chalet. The pictures do not do it justice! The views were amazing (balcony off of the main floor and also off of the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you might need, and the hot tub is large, clean, and private. Our family of four (two teenagers) fit very comfortably in the hot tub. Lots of movies for rainy days. Close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Great wifi and cable tv selections. The cabin is not super close to other cabins, and you feel like you have privacy and space. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

If you are looking to be close to Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Smokies but still want beautiful views and a quiet neighborhood this is the place! This chalet has everything you need for an extended stay in Gatlinburg. Our kids loved the game room and we enjoyed relaxing on the porches with views. The hot tub was an added bonus to relax in after hiking throughout the day.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for a relaxing getaway but close enough to downtown to be able to do everything we wanted to do. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing. It rained 2 days while we were there so it was great to have a roof over the hot tub so we could still use it while it was raining. The view especially from the top deck is beautiful. Our son really enjoyed the air hockey table as well. We can’t wait to return!!!
