Ready for a Great Vacation by the beach? This classic beach home was just renovated with modern luxury features and fully stocked with amenities for your enjoyment. A few short steps to one of the best beaches on Lake Michigan. Your morning coffee is coupled with a view of the lake, right from the comfort of the sunroom or deck. This home was just extensively renovated, and includes many great features to make your vacation outstanding!

Do you love the beach? Go swimming, biking, sailing, play volley ball, charter a boat, or just go out and catch some sun. Located a short walk to Downtown Racine's shops, restaurants, museums, and marina. Beautiful walk along the beach to the Racine Zoo. There are two parks nearby including the Kids Cove playground that is right on the beach that has plenty of activity for kids.
This newly updated vacation home has three bedrooms ready to sleep up to 6 people (There is also a couch in the living room. Crib available upon request). Its a great mix of classic and new features. 10 foot ceilings, wide cut pine floors, oversized mouldings throughout. Yet it's fully updated for your comfort: new kitchen, new bathroom, gorgeous deck, central air conditioning (Which many homes here do not have!).
Quality mattresses and bedding for your comfort! Extra pillows, New large screen televisions, internet service, beach towels, sun chairs, board games and toys available inside for indoor fun - we tried to think of it all.
You start your vacation entering through a covered porch, and do a self-check-in with our digital entry lock system (the entry code is specific to your stay, and is different for every guest) . When you enter you see a gorgeous kitchen! Modern Cabinets, Corian Style Counter tops, European Stove, Bosch Dishwasher, and more. 10 foot ceiling with recessed lights. Full stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, and any other supplies you might need to cook up a fabulous meal! We provide sample snacks, coffee, and other amenities to get you going.
And if you don't wish to cook, then there are many fabulous options nearby for both dine in and delivery within walking distance in Downtown Racine. Cuisines such as Thai, Jamaican, Greek, Mexican, traditional American, and more! A walk down downtown main street will offer you many options.

Relax at night in one of the three bedrooms. Walk through the French double doors. Will you choose the king size bed? The queen? All have comfortable mattresses with memory foam toppers. We provide sheets, blankets, and extra pillows. You can kick back and watch your favorite programs as 2 of the bedrooms have their own Smart TV’s. Plenty of storage for your stuff, with open closets from floor to ceiling. Desks next to the bed to charge your phones, lamps for nightlights if needed.
When you walk around ouside, you will see we include a private garage, yard with a large deck, and outdoor barbecue, and covered porch.
We also are concerned about safety, and have fire detectors and carbon monoxide detectors throughout, and included a fire extinguisher. As the home is not always occupied, there are camera's outside covering the entrances to the house and garage.

Wonderful host. Place is as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay.

We wanted to be close to the lake and still have access to explore the area. The house was super comfortable and modern with the lake/beach as advertised. We had easy day trips to Milwaukee and Chicago and also loved walking the Lake path, especially from the house towards the Windpoint Lighthouse or just chilling on the deck for the water views.
The house is extremely well renovated and styled. Having an indoor recycling bin, soft beds, and a GREAT bathroom.
Halina is a thoughtful and friendly host. She got excited that I wanted more information about Borzynski's and she also was quick to help when the TV internet had a hiccup on our last night.
The weekend nights at the beach/park definitely had more noise and questionable population but we never felt worried, just annoyed.

You can sit on the deck and view the sun coming up over North Beach. A quick 3 min walk, and you are at the water's edge of lake Michigan. The home has everything you need, great kitchen and outstanding bathroom. The communication with the host is second to none. During our stay the area experienced a power outage (100's without power) the host was in communication during it with updates on when the power would return and to offer assistance if we needed. 5-stars is not enough if there were more, we would give them.

We had a great few days here! My two teenaged boys enjoyed having their own rooms after a few days of hotel stays. The location to beautiful Lake Michigan was convenient. Everything in the house was great!

What a wonderful home. There was EVERYTHING you could possibly need there. It was so close to Lake Michigan and the wonderful beach. We could sit out at night and admire the lake from the house. The owners have thought of everything. The home was very clean and cozy. I would highly recommend this home if you are ever looking for a place to stay in Racine.

Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior—the renovated interior of this house is charming and cozy. The owners have gone out of their way to provide the most comfortable bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. There was autumn decor, new fleece blankets for snuggling, and 3 big TVs. Just a few hundred feet from a huge, clean beach, we also enjoyed the Racine Zoo, giant playground, board games, nearby haunted houses, and local eats. A friendly, diverse neighborhood great for a quiet but enjoyable weekend. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the water!

My husband and I, traveling from OK to Racine for our granddaughter's wedding, were lucky enough to find this perfect little vacation home-away-from-home. It was mid-October and we landed in the middle of some cold, rainy, in-climate weather, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoors beach resort experience. However; we were delighted to find the home warm, cozy, and welcoming with added touches of charming fall decor, fresh fruit and treats there to greet us on the kitchen table. We couldn't have been more comfortable, with a detached garage to park our vehicle in out of the rain, central heat, luxurious hotel quality beds and shower, etc. When renovating the home, they managed to keep the 1920s/30s bungalow charm, hardwood floors and all, while adding ultra-modern conveniences. While not a total lakefront home, you have a great view of the lake and the added advantage of privacy on the deck. The town of Racine itself is lovely, with lots to explore. The historic DeKoven Center was a marvelous wedding venue and if you're looking for an awesome restaurant, check out the Chartroom. They treat you like royalty, every dish is out of this world, and the prices are amazingly affordable. Given the opportunity, I would definitely return to The Beach Life! It was a dreamy place to stay, all thanks to the wonderful host, Halina who goes out of her way to exceed her guests' expectations. :))

We enjoyed our stay here and loved being close to the beach and sitting on the deck. The beds were SO comfortable, even the bunk beds. And the kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfast--she even had ziplock bags, which was helpful when we packed a lunch.

This is a wonderful house across the street from the family friendly Racine beach. This home is great for a rental, there was a welcome bowl of snacks, lots of labels and signs around the house to ensure comfort and the host's expectations are met. Central AC and a large shower are also wonderful.

This was the perfect beach getaway! The house is really cute with a view of the lake. It is a minute walk to a nice sandy beach for a perfect beach play with our young kids. The host went above and beyond providing little amenities to make the trip easy for us. Beach towels and sand toys were provided which reduced our packing load. A step stool in the bathroom and some kid board games was a pleasant surprise having young children with us. The host was also quick to respond to any questions. Overall a great experience

This house is not only across the street from a gorgeous, peaceful beach, the house itself is amazing. The host has provided everything you need for a restful beach vacation. The beds are clean and comfortable, the bathroom is perfectly designed for a great shower and room to move around. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking (we cooked everyday) and also for just enjoying a kringle or local takeout. Everything is thoughtfully laid out with all the things you need to make your stay enjoyable. The back patio is perfect for sitting and enjoying the beach breeze along with the view. The laundry is set up in the baselment which is clean and easy to use. We walked to the zoo and scootered home. The downtown area is also very close with a nice coffee shop, gelato and more. Stop by the Toad Hall if you want a great burger, you won't be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short family vacation at the beach! The home was clean and was the most comfortable place we had ever stayed. So many amenities that made us feel at home and it was great being such a short walk to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Great property! The house is very clean, and is updated. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of, and they even left water bottles and a few prepackaged snacks! The view from the deck js fantastic! Walking distance to the beach which is a huge plus. We enjoyed our girls weekend here!

Don’t let the size of this little gem concern you. Everything you would find in a house twice its size is here and it is all so beautifully organized that everything seems always to be at your fingertips just as you need it. Additionally, the abundant natural light and high ceilings give the interior a bright, spacious and airy ambiance.
The kitchen appliances and cookware are excellent, the bedding and bath towels luxuriant and oh, that shower! It’s one of those where you just never want to come out. Everything in the house is spotless and in working order.
The host/owner, Halina, is a joy to know and extremely attentive to your slightest want. The location can’t be beat with a partial view of the lake and less than a half-block walk to North Beach so if you’re considering renting this charmer, I’d say just do it now!

Location, location,location!! The house was literally a minute to the beach and attached park. There was grass and trees, and sand and the lake. It had it all. The beach/park area was clean and well -maintained. The beach area is extensive and the views are beautiful. It was very family friendly with its volleyball courts, snack bar, nearby playground and plenty of restrooms and shower areas.
The house was warm and inviting. Although it was on the small size, the high ceilings and windows made it feel airy and roomy.
The kitchen was magazine ready and full of high end appliances. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. There were too many to mention, but on arrival we found fruit and chips laid out and a well stocked coffee/tea bar.The owners even had a couple extra toothbrushes and toothpaste.
The kids especially enjoyed the beach toys and the adults liked the many beach towels and the chairs.
The house was thoughtfully redone and they used every nook and cranny for storage.
We would definitely stay there again.

Halina was a wonderful host! She was easy to communicate with and provided many accommodations to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. If we ever make it back to Racine, we will be staying there!
