Large room with comfortable bed. The place is quiet, offering a very nice view of the see and beach. The service is very kind, always trying to find a solution for your request. Large swimming pool for a rest. Very good restaurant.

The property was in a great location, very clean, beautifully landscaped! I felt very comfortable, safe and relaxed as a solo traveler!

the view, others not good
everything, unhonest stuffs (weird), the bed sheet is not clean.. one day we enter into the room and see the insect in the bed. oh and the breakfast!! don’t add anything because it’s not worthy. have breakfast outside is better. the restaurant is not good. the location is far. and make sure about all the price before!!! 100,000 the day they inform you… can turn to be 150,000 the day you check out. We read a lot of comments and expected something so nice.. really really disappointed for this service.

- The room had amazing views
- Staff was incredibly kind and attentive
- Huge bed
- Very clean
- Food at the restaurant was very tasty
- Good value for the price
- Walls need paint, some amenities like the freezer were rusty
- After asking where could I go for 1h massage I was offered an in room service, then a lady from the village showed up with very dirty clothes and she rubbed my skin with oil, I can't say it was a massage, she lacked skill and it was very unpleasant so after 20 minutes I asked her to stop and just paid her the full amount.
- The offered snorkeling tour consists on a ride on the boat with a captain who didn't speak English and told us nothing about the spots or what were we gonna see, it is just a taxi service. Also the fins and mask provided were very low quality.

we had a very nice stay with our 1 year old baby. the staff arranged a baby cot with mosquito net for him and he slept very well in it. our bed was very good, pillows are good as well.
The hotel is very beautiful. the villas are spacious and comfortable and very private. The AC is very good (powerful and silent). plants and flowers in the lush garden. excellent breakfast unlimited quantity. very good restaurant. kind and helpful staff. amazing view especially at sunrise.
Location is remote but it has 1 beautiful black sand beach and 1 beautiful stones beach just 5mn walking. 3 goods other local restaurants nearby as well ! Japanese shipwreck is right here for snorkeling.
Overall we were happy but there were some details which we would have liked to know beforehand :
- Quite far from Amed’s activities (20-30 minutes).
- very close from the village with lots of noisy activity in morning (6am).
- The bedroom had no blackout curtains so our baby woke us up at 6 every morning.
- First days the swimming pool had lots of chlore but then it was corrected.
- The staff is not always present at the reception so you have to be patient.
- lots of mosquitos - many mosquito bites
- The hotel overall needs renovation (swimming pool, villas kitchen and bathroom) but it’s still ok :) and renovation is planned by the management.

nice view, close to sea

Nice view and patio in front of the room
Hotel/room outdated. breakfast definitely below average.

The location is in a quiet village right behind the Japanese ship wreck with great snorkeling/diving.
The hotel restaurant was great especially the complimentary breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Awesome views of the bay and valley .
The steep steps from the street to restaurant and then villas were challenging in the heat but this is typical of Amed resorts built on the cliffsides.
Kids should be taken care of to avoid falls.

Truly happy with this find, the rooms were spacious and had an amazing view onto the ocean, and the food was just so delicious. Even if you do not stay there, you should go to there restaurant: The steak is fantastic, so was the beef spicy salad!
Highly recommend!

No water offered..
Government taxes not included in F&B.. which is fine as its everywhere but its
10% not 16%. Easier to be open there i would of thought. AND say government and service tax..As not sure the service tax goes to staff..

The view is amazing. The room is spacious. I wish I stayed more
Stairs, but it’s a good thing if you’re a lazy person that never exercise!

everything is perfect! great service by Nyoman and Wayan and all stuff, cozy and clean room, amazing sunrise ocean view, good food! and so much small but important details: candles, incense, welcome drink and etc.
the best choice for this price in Amed area!

The Staff was so nice, the rooms beautiful, the location quiet and beautiful. The food was sooo delicious, forget the local restaurants, just eat here. Definitly coming back.

The stuffs are friendly.
Nice view from the balcony.
Bed is big and comfortable.
Lighting around kitchen area are dark.
Dust in closet.
They have big bottle of water for free but small bottles are not free. They should have put the sign on the refridge that which is complimentary and which are not.
4.5
The view was great.
Bed sheets were stained, first room we had did not have hot water or a kettle, so they had to move us to another room.
The staff was very unfriendly comparing to all the other places we had been in Bali.
The pool needs a serious upgrade and the area is very noisy.
The breakfast was not up to standard.
Overall not a place I would recommend, especially not for honeymoon!
