The 1st Floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, plus a living area complete with sleeper sofa and full-over-full bunks + trundle. There's also a wet bar - the perfect place for making poolside drinks. And, there's a convenient full bathroom right off the pool area.
On the 2nd Floor you’ll be delighted to find another great room, plus a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the line appliances, a beverage cooler and dining for 11. This floor offers a primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom.
Step out onto the deck, where a picturesque scene awaits. Dine alfresco at the spacious table for 11 while savoring culinary creations cooked up on the gas grill. Take Canal Street (east) and turn right (south) onto Dogwood. Follow Dogwood until you reach 30A, cross 30A and head just a few steps east to find the Dogwood Thyme Beach Access. Traveling by golf cart? Head east down 30A to the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access to find golf cart parking.
Distance: .5 miles | Time: 11 minutes walking, 3 minutes biking.

Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs along the full stretch of 30A. Visit Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove plus the wonderful communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

An initial box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

I traveled with a total of 11 in my group. 5 of then were under the age of 7. (Grandkids) This place was amazing. Plenty of space and very kid friendly. The area in which we stayed was also perfect. Will definitely be back.

This house was so beautiful and in an ideal location. The pool was extremely clean and the house was too. We had everything we needed. We went with our older kids and our three new grand baby boys all born in 2023. We just wanted to let the owners know that everything was perfect, We plan to be back again next year.

Do Not Rent unless you want to be screwed by Benchmark! I need ALOT more characters to explain our situation than the review allows. I will briefly summarize but have to leave out a lot of important details. Paid for pool heating (A LOT!!) in advance and pool/hot tub was an absolute cesspool when we arrived. I have pictures - literally muddy, brackish water. Disaster! They even knew before I arrived on Sunday check-in, sent me a text about pool needing "service". 3 days of stay go by and countless calls, texts, and pool not addressed until Wed/Thurs of week stay. Pool had to be completely drained! When re-filled, pool co. didnt re-heat pool! UGGH!! So we cant use pool area for entire week. Benchmark shrugged all accountability/responsbility bc 3rd party does pool stuff. But Benchmark collects the money! They partially refunded for pool heating but WOULDNT REFUND FOR LOSING USE FOR ENTIRE WEEK! Unuseable Condition and never got Re-heated. Still cant get anyone in Mgt to talk to me. Been 3 weeks now. Also, WONT ADDRESS any possible partial refund for not using the pool/hot tub! We had 8 people ready to use the pool/hot tub - key feature for the rental. Read other reviews about dealing with them - it's a pattern!! I have 7 witnesses. Dont believe their review response either! THEY DONT CARE - still wont call me! Terrible Mgmt company. STAY AWAY! My goal is to SAVE YOU from making the same mistake I made and renting from Benchmark!

The pool was dirty, we were not able to use it. In addition we paid for it to be heated every day. We had to call benchmark every day for four days for someone finally to come there and heat it. They came and never heated the pool so we were never able to use it. They were stain sheets on the sofa beds, and no extra sheets to change any of the sheets with. There were no blankets. They had very thin covers on the bed and that is all. They also gave us very little towels to where we had to be doing laundry 24 seven in order to have a clean towel in the house. We called benchmark many many times and they were unresponsive.

The Palm house was spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the heated pool/spa, and the location of the house was an easy bike ride to the beach and the shops and restaurants in Seaside. We would definitely stay here again, and could comfortably fit another family of five in addition to our family of five.

This home was spotless and nicely equipped. I was impressed with Benchmark MANGEMENT'S bath products and start-up kits. Only aggravation was the owners apparently complaining we were leaving the front door open too much which means they were watching us. We in fact didn't leave the dooor open. The keypad is all the way through a gate in the back of the house... very inconvenient, so therefore when my husband came out front door to help me get our 3 year old granddaughter set up in her bike trailer he logically met us out front and propped the door open so he could go back inside to grab some things we wanted to take along without having to open a gate and walk all the way through the back. This really needs to change especially on cold dark nights not to be able to enter the house through the front door was very inconvenient. We felt the owners contacting the management company who in turn texted us several times while we were trying to relax was thoughtless, intrusive, and petty. Having said this, I highly recommend this home for the quality of furnishings with wonderful mattresses, linens, pillow, cabinet space, cleanliness, etc etc for at good price.

Rental started off with issues and it just escalated from there. Our codes to get in wouldn’t work. We left a message because they didn’t answer and eventually got in. We paid $225 to heat the pool which takes 24 hours to be heated, and that is fine. I woke up one morning to water everywhere. Our condo had flooded due to weather. Everything on the bottom floor was soaked (our clothes and expensive cameras, etc.). Not the managements fault, though. They texted us with the option to be refunded for the remainder of the trip or move to a condo across the street. Nothing was said about paying the difference considering they were close to the same size and the other unit had been empty. We still sat 1/2 a day in a flooded condo before any options were presented. We chose to move. I requested a refund for the heated pool and at first they said they would refund. I called to follow up on it and they refused and said it went towards the new rental which was more expensive, but they waited until after our stay when I requested the refund again after they initially told me we would be refunded. Won’t call back, but would rather text me. So unprofessional and only care about MONEY, not client experience. Condo also came with complimentary golf cart that was inoperable, but you had to call them on your own because it was a contracted company. So the description should be updated because the golf cart company came the night before we checked out of fix it. I will never rent from benchmark again after this. I don’t understand how it is fair to keep a customers EXTRA money they paid on top of the unit that they didn’t get to stay in and not even inform the customer you would be doing so until after the fact. Especially when multiple employees said the refund would be issued. The actual unit was nice, but the management ruined the experience.

This house was perfect and beautiful! Such a wonderful experience and will rent this house again. Pool was perfect and needed - watched LSU baseball while in the pool and the deco is just beautiful with a touch of Lilly. Golf cart was very useful and the beach beautiful.

The location was great and the interior of the property was gorgeous. All the perfect touches for your beach week (including lots of cozy blankets). The kitchen was fully equipped and ready to cook for several families. The layout for the house if perfect for two families with two master suite + guest room on each floor.
The Managment of the property was no ideal for our family. We were arrived for check in several details were missing for the property: wifi credentials, door code and golf cart access. We were able to use the golf cart or wifi for the 18 hours of our stay. The outside of the property was not clean upon arrival: I actually swept the pool deck while my husband cleaned the pool (not my idea of vacation). There were also two beds not completely made: no sheets or pillow cases on the beds but everything else. Rather than being helpful the property Managment company was very defense. Overall the house was beautiful and has great potential.
