Hidden gem in perfect location: 5 mins walk to the beach & 10 mins walk to the city centre. Supermarkets in a few mins walking distance, too. Quiet neighborhood & super friendly hosts.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ikaros Studios for my vacation, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. This vacation rental had several positive points that made my stay truly enjoyable.
First and foremost, the location of Ikaros Studios was fantastic. It was just a short 10-minute walk away from the bustling center of Faliraki, allowing easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer. At the same time, being slightly away from the loudness of the center ensured a peaceful and relaxing environment for a good night's sleep.
Another great aspect of the location was its proximity to Kathara Beach, a mere 3 minutes away. I loved being able to stroll down to the beach and soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters whenever I wanted. Additionally, Anthony Queen Bay was also within reach, either by a pleasant 30-minute walk or by taking the conveniently located bus right around the corner of the street.
The ammenities at Ikaros Studios were lovely. The room had a nice balcony where I could sit and enjoy my morning coffee or unwind in the evenings while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The pool was also a delightful feature, providing a perfect spot to relax and cool off on hot days.
One thing I appreciated about the rental was that all the appliances were new and well-maintained. The air conditioning, in particular, worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable and cool atmosphere during my stay.
Lastly, I cannot emphasize enough how kind and welcoming the host, Dimitras, was. Her warm hospitality and genuine care for her guests truly made a difference in my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable time, and her presence added an extra touch of warmth to the entire experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Ikaros Studios for anyone looking for a pleasant vacation rental in Faliraki. With its convenient location, beautiful amenities, and the exceptional hospital
It's worth mentioning that the bathroom was a bit small, although this was only a mild inconvenience. The shower space could be slightly challenging, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience I had at Ikaros Studios.

Very good location outside of the party side of the faliraki, comfy beds, hot water and good pressure in the shower, the owner was very helpful- always answered my messages very quickly, smart tv with netflix etc, good size of the balcony with the drying rack and table with two chairs. In general- there is eveything you need
swimmming pool area was closed when we were there, there is no iron to iron your clothes so bare that in mind, also the shower was a bit tricky, because it didnt have a wall so you have to be very careful while taking a shower not to make the bathroom wet

Very good space, great staff (especially older cleaning lady, she was an angel) and cleaning services. Access to pool any time. Situated 4min from beach, bus stop nearby, shops and restaurants nearby, lots of parking space in front of hotel. Very good AC. Hotel in very quiet and calm area. Basically everything was awesome.

This hotel was definitely great value for money!
- The staff was super friendly and helpful. For example, I really appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel even after checking out.
- The rooms were exactly as in the pictures: clean, well equipped and quite modern.
- The pool area was exactly as we expected: not very large but had everything we needed. We were often the only people using it! Perfect place to relax.
- The neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet.
- There was good public transportation nearby (the closest bus stop was approximately 50m from the hotel!) for example to Rhodes Center.
I would definitely stay here again!
There were only a few things that could have been better:
- The pool was not open either very early or very late during the days (apparently approximately 10:00-18:30). We often wished that it would have been possible to go swimming later in the evenings, as we often returned to the hotel around 21.
- The doors in the apartments were quite thin. Our next-door neighbors often played music late in the evening which made it hard for us to get sleep as we heard the sounds super clearly in our room.
- The beds were quite hard.

A LOVELY HOLIDAY, WORTH THE MONEY PAID
Most of all we enjoyed the hospitality of Dimitra and Savos, they are open-hearted and cordial hosts. They often gave us fresh figs from their garden and treated us with other Greek delicacies. Whenever we had some questions and wishes, the hosts were available and ready to help. Dimitra speaks English and she is also a great conversationalist with a sense of humour, fun to talk to.
The sheets and towels were changed every other day, it was also very clean in the whole building. In the room there is everything you need, including a fridge, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box (there isn't a hair-dryer, but one actually doesn't need it in this climate :) . The kitchenette has only basic things for cooking, but we didn't cook a lot. For spaghetti, soup or fried eggs it has enough equipment.
The air conditioner worked perfectly, the WiFi was also stable and strong. We had a big balcony, and it was especially pleasant to have breakfast there and enjoy the nice morning breeze. The property has a swimming pool, also nice and clean, situated on the sunny side. On the shady side of the building there is a garden, where you can sit at the tables.
The location is great, with a 5-minute walk to the Kathara beach, 2 supermarkets (2- and 3-minute walk), where we could buy everything we needed, a good restaurant ("Muses") and a bus stop on the street corner. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the centre of Faliraki and 25 minutes to get to Rhodes town by bus.
We would certainly like to stay there again. Thank you, Dimitra and Savos, see you again!
