Comfortable room, lovely hosts, good value-for-money.

Lovely hosts, comfortable room. My room had private shower / bathroom facilities. Great for the price.

It's a room in somebody's house. I'd obviously not read the information closely enough. It was fine, but not exactly as I'd expected.

Shocking. Place

Nothing..no.milk..had to buy own.children running round.And shared bathroom. With owners( not hygienic.( did not know untill I got their..had to buy own milk . No sugar. .no no*s on doors .or keys so u .were knocking on doors to try find your room.. No Tv*s.in Room.( very boring..minimum.towels when.i asked for.a couple.more.towels( as I hv long hair). It was questioned..Everything seemed like .too much trouble.. The owners .shared the guest bathroom. And their Toothbrushes.and Towels.were in.[ the guest..bathroom. so. Huge health.and safety.issues.( cross infection.for guests. Regarding hygeine..It was stressful.and..I was ill. On returning.home.Would not Reccomend.or Return.i tried. Telling them..but they did not. Understand.english..why is it even listed...I'm surprised. It's on.booking .com. It's a health.hazzard.and the whole stay.was.tertible.Beds .the springs were poking.througj the matress.(I should of got my.money back kids running up and down..No separate area. For guests.to relax. Shocking experience. .

Comfort close to city

Quiet street about 6 km from Hamilton Central. Gracious hosts and scrupiously clean facilities. The vinyl records and player are a lovely quirky touch. Off street parking right beside our ensuite room.

There was no television in the room, but that encouraged us to listen to the records. A lovely place, nothing to complain about.

Lovely homestay

The host family (Dora, her mom and dad) were so nice and accommodating. I felt very welcome in their home, and they made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Great Homestay

Dora and her family were very welcoming, friendly and the whole experience was very relaxing. I had to change my arrival time to 11pm and was still able to check in with no issue. I was out late for an engagement party and there was no problem with coming and going at the late hour. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay for a weekend.

I enjoyed staying there and would stay again.

The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. There was ample car parking. The fan in the room was very helpful.

It would have been even more comfortable with a top sheet on the bed as well as a duvet. During hot nights it would be nice to sleep under a sheet. There was some mould on the windows.

Comfortable accommodation

Cherry is very polite, helpful und in general just a nice person. Her daughter Dora is very sweet and I had a very great time staying with them. The house is near a shopping center where I was able to buy everything that I needed. I could use everything in the house and was able to cook and store my food. Every time when I had a question, Cherry would kindly answer it. The house is also near Mangaiti Gully where you can walk through beautiful nature and see a lot of birds.

Das Zimmer ist bei Dora zuhause. Sie ist sehr Freundlich und hat alles für dich zu verfügung fals dir etwas fehlt. Das Bett war bequem und ich hatte eine Ruhige Nacht.

Charming, comfortable, friendly & welcoming.

This B&B was exactly what we were looking for, exactly what was described. The value for money & cleanliness were absolutely outstanding, we were so impressed. Very charming place. The communication online was very clear and easy, and although we were offered breakfast we declined in favour of a sleep in 😀 above all, a great place to stay.

We had no dislikes at all

Ruhige Lage und tolle, bunte Einrichtung

Cherry ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin und Dora ein tolles, ruhiges Mädchen. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, die Lage ruhig und man kann richtig entspannen. Zudem kam uns Cherry mit einer großen Flexibilität entgegen, was die Zeit in Hamilton umso schöner gemacht hat.

Удачное место расположения. Приветливые хозяева. Все показали, рассказали. Комфортная комната с большой кроватью и отличным матрасом. Удобный стол, чайник, чистое белье и полотенца

Не столько не понравилось, сколько вижу, что можно улучшить. В туалете и ванной комнате нет замка на дверной ручке. Немного не уютно

Great value for money with lovely hosts.

A great affordable option with lovely and very accomodating hosts. The property is an easy walk to Chartwell Shopping Centre.

Unfirtunately WiFi was unpredictable and kept dropping out.

Okay stay for an evening

Cherry and her mom were very accommodating and kind during check in and check out. Our previous accommodation had cancelled on us so we had to find a new place to stay last minute and were very happy for a comfortable bed after a long day of flying. It's a decent stay for an evening.

I chose this spot for it's cleanliness ratings and unfortunately it wasn't as clean as others have mentioned, especially in the bathroom. Even though it's in a residential neighborhood, there's quite a bit of loud traffic noise.

Great stay

Stayed because my partner had a gig in Hamilton. Host was friendly, offered breakfast which was a bonus and we enjoyed eating breakfast with the mother/cleaner. Defs be back to stay again

You definitely get what you paid for.

They offer free breakfast if you rate 10 for them. This makes the rating unreal and unreliable. The room was nice and clean but I can't say it about the shared kitchen.

Very nice family running the house. Pleasant and helpful.

I think the bed linen should have been changed more often and also there was no spare toilet paper. I had to look for a toilet roll in the house in the middle of the night.

Budget accommodation definitely suited to warmer weather.

Location was good for this visit and had off-street parking. Bed was comfortable.

Damp towels and 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Cleaner replaced towels but still felt damp. Terrible weather when there which didn't help but hardly the owners fault. Looks like whole of house rented out with shared spaces very cold.
