We had a great vacation! The location was awesome, the condo was clean and included all need amenities. Jason was extremely responsive. We had one issue with the beach tent, but Jason immediately responded and addressed it. We 100% recommend this for a family vacation!

If you are looking for a great vacation with friends or family this place is amazing! Great views, great condo, great food close by , Jason was also great! Easy to communicate with , with quick responses if you have any questions! I give this 5 stars and will be back!

This property is GREAT! The owner was great to deal with and communicate with. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for a stay. The bedding was very comfortable and plenty of towels for the beach and pool. The location was central to plenty of restaurants and things to do. The beachfront view was relaxing with a great balcony to watch everyone enjoy ing themselves. We would highly recommend this place and we will definitely book this stay again

The condo was exceptional. It was well equipped with ample bath towels, beach towels, pillows, blankets, laundry detergent and fabric softner sheets. Washer and dryer were convenient. Kitchen was also beautiful and packed with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Storage locker was filled with beach chairs, a tent and plenty of toys for the kids. A big shout out to Jason, the condo's host. He was totally accessible at all times and extremely helpful. He made our stay a very big success. Everyone wants to come back!! Hopefully we can make that happen!!

The condo is exactly like the pictures! We have never rented a condo that was better equipped than this one. Jason thought of everything and I mean everything. It felt like we were in our own home. Loved it! Thank you, Jason.

Start off by saying WoW what an amazing stay with Calming Tides. This 4br didn’t disappoint comfortable the prettiest views in Daytona. Checkin and booking with ease. We can not wait for our next stay at this beautiful property.

Hands down an amazing property, what a view; been to many and this one is. #1! The overall accommodations from the yummy sheets & fluffy pillows, along with the detailed decorations are fantastic. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are really clean & tidy, simply the best! 5+stars! Cheers, Big Dave!

Traveling with kids can be very complicated, but this condo was more than ready to accommodate all our craziness. First, I can start saying I was in love with the furniture. My sister is an interior designer, and I had to FaceTime her to show how gorgeous and well furnished this place was. Second, for somebody who travels heavy (kids), having the bunk bed room was amazing. Kids had so much fun in that room! Sometimes we’d even forget they’re with us because they didn’t want to leave their room. Third, we do not only travel with “kids”, we travel with teenagers, and if you don’t have one, let me tell you, they are hard to please. Weirdly or not, they loved how they could have their private time away from the kiddos and still have fun with us. It crossed our mind before finishing booking this condo to get a hotel, and I am so glad we didn’t. The condo was so spacious that it accommodated all our kids and us with the option of still having our private time. We love traveling, and I can tell you with certainty that we never had a stayed this good before. Have I mentioned about the amazing welcome bag?! No hotel could stand a chance! Beautiful views, amazing restaurants near by, great places to have a drink with a walking distance, a fun karaoke, and much more! Kids are already asking when we’re staying at the condo in Daytona Beach again! Thank you for the amazing stay and all the thoughts you guys put together to make our time so special! Calming Tides, we’ll see back soon!

Our family vacation at the beach condo was everything we hoped for. The place was impeccably clean and felt incredibly welcoming, instantly making us feel at home with its stunning ocean view. Being so close to the beach allowed us to enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves just by opening the sliding glass door. The condo itself came perfectly equipped for our stay, with a comprehensive kitchen and all the beach essentials needed for the kids. The hosts were wonderfully supportive, offering great tips on local dining that really made our experience even more enjoyable. They ensured we had everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. This spot is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway, where the focus is on relaxation and spending quality time together. We highly recommend it for a truly serene vacation and are eagerly looking forward to our next visit!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this condo was perfect. We will be back! If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation this place is incredible. I had a few questions while at the property and host was quick to respond and very helpful. The property itself is beautiful. You really can't beat the ocean views.

I was here with a group of friends for the Daytona 500, and we were fortunate to have found this place. What spectacular views. The space was perfect and the bedding was so comfortable. I would book this place again.

Was a great clean place that had everything we needed and more! The only downside was chigger bugs were really bad in our area I think due to construction on the property from the hurricane. I got bites all over my legs and arms. Its the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars. Other than that the place was awesome.

Wow! Everything from the booking to the check in went great. The property was clean and looked just like the photos. The Boll & Branch bedding was a luxury! The storage locker was full of beach items needed for sun and fun! The views from the condo were breath taking! We loved watching the sea life! We are definitely planning another trip to FL and staying at this property. Kimmi K.
