Upstairs There is a bedroom with a king size bed with a TV and a Nestucca River and Mountain views. On the same upper level there’s a bedroom with a Queen Bed and Balcony that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
Downstairs boasts a fully stocked kitchen for 4 includes a package of coffee for each day stay along with hot tea

Walk south to Bob Straub Park and keep going to where the Nestucca River meets the ocean or head north towards the picturesque Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock. From our backyard to the Pelican it’s a 25 minute walk away!
There is so much to explore along Pacific City's beautiful coastline including beach combing, whale watching and horseback riding. Bring your kayak to launch into the Nestucca River the boat launch is located 2 minutes from our home.
Relax on our balcony or back patio and take in the breathtaking views and amazing sunsets.
This property is about peace and quiet

The front courtyard is very private and secure. There is a sliding gate that ensures the courtyard is private and safe when closed to store your toys and bikes

We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming beach house and found it to be a mostly wonderful getaway. The location is undeniably a highlight—just steps away from the stunning beach, though be prepared for a bit of a trek up a steep dune to get back. It’s definitely manageable, but worth noting as it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The house itself is incredibly clean and cozy, and it comfortably accommodated our group of four adults and our dog. The open, airy feel of the space made it perfect for relaxing after a day on the sand. However, a couple of minor issues slightly detracted from what was otherwise an excellent stay. The bedroom facing the ocean, while offering a beautiful view, lacks blinds or curtains, making it difficult to fully darken the room in the evening. Additionally, a security camera outside the sliding glass door cast a bit of light against the wall, impacting our ability to get a good night’s sleep. If you’re sensitive to light while sleeping, definitely bring an eye mask. On the plus side, the back bedroom with the street view did not have this issue, so it may be a better choice if you’re light-sensitive. Overall, this beach house is a fantastic choice for a beach side retreat, with just a few minor drawbacks. The beautiful setting, cleanliness, and cozy atmosphere more than make up for the minor inconveniences. We would certainly consider returning!

My husband and I brought our two daughters here for the Labor Day holiday weekend, and the trip was amazing! The house is in excellent condition and included all essential items needed for a home away from home. Being right on the beach made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. This was our first time visiting Pacific City, and it won’t be our last!!

We loved our short weekend stay and wished it was longer. The house is in excellent condition and clearly well cared for, and the views and beach access are amazing.

The house has all the amenities, is clean, and is in a great location. Unlike a previous review, both bedrooms are private with doors. We spent most of our time in Oregon sightseeing and eating out, so we didn't use much of the stocked kitchen. The night we planned to use the firepit, it was too windy and foggy (the night before was perfect weather, though). The layout is quirky but not a deterrent. While the path leads to the beach, there is a dune you'll have to climb back up that isn't mentioned or photographed. It's not too strenuous, but you don't realize it's there until you reach the end of the path. Views of the ocean and Kiwanda Haystack Rock are amazing. Check-in/out and communication were a breeze.

The house, the location, the fire pit, just everything was great. Communication with the owner Tammy was easy. The house is so nicely decorated (the kitchen is especially nice) and spotlessly clean- probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever been in. And the owner made it SO easy to stay there- with soap, shampoo, conditioner in the showers, hand soap in the bathroom sinks, a clean sponge in the kitchen and cleaning supplies , as well as laundry detergent- we didn’t have to buy anything but food and drinks. Plus everything to get a fire going in the fire pit including a lighter and starter- so thoughtful. A great house in a superb location- we wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back one day.

Gorgeous beach house with an amazing view of the ocean! The house was very clean and well taken care of. You can tell the property owner takes pride in this place. We were extremely pleased with the communication from the property owner and the overall trip itself. Not one issue or gripe with this property…..not one lol We will def be making this a return rental for our family in the future. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.

This is a very clean, quiet, and comfortable vacation home. The kitchen has everything needed if you like to cook. Just steps to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful house! I stayed here with two friends. We mainly walked on the beach and relaxed outside, but the house was in great shape. It was clean and well-appointed (e.g. nice appliances). It had all the essentials. I especially loved the location and back patio. I would definitely stay again in the future.

The house is great. It says 2 bedrooms but really only one has a door and the other sleeping space is a loft. The kitchen was well stocked with most things you would need for cooking. My husband and I stayed on Thursday and Friday night. We met with the owner a little later to go through the house as we were most likely going to purchase it. We had a great conversation and we mentioned that we were hosting our staff (hard working medical professionals) for a beach party the following day at a diff area of the beach and she offered that they could be on the beach out front of the property on the public beach - but that no more than 9 people could be at the house. So when people arrived, we had them squeeze into the driveway and unload their stuff to walk to the beach. The owner called me to make sure the people weren't lingering at the house and I got them to move quicker to the beach. The owner texted me to move the cars so I immediately moved the cars. Her additional texts after that notified me that she was upset. It made the whole event more stressful than it needed to be with the multiple texts coming in. I think a phone call - which is how it started was all that was needed, especially because we were already acting on it and we moved the cars right away and we moved the people arriving more quickly to the public beach. It made me on edge all day. Don't bring or meet a group here.

Just a terrific house right on the beach. Such a cool quirky design (in the best way) with all of the amenities. If you don't know, the beaches in Pacific City (especially at the Southern End where this house is located) are basically empty. We really enjoyed our stay and this fabulous home! We will be back!

Beautiful property with an absolutely perfect location! Great access to the Nestucca River for kayaking and SUP and amazing access to the beach with breathtaking views. The house was well stocked, and the pre- and during-trip communication with the owners and hospitality felt like we were staying at a close friend's house rather than a rental. A few highlights were the outdoor living space, the firepit, and the proxmity to town and to Cape Kiwanda. This was our first trip to Pacific City and my family was sad to leave (always a great sign of a good trip!). We'll definitely be back!

Thoughtful owners Fire pit was really fun and the Beach Access was great for our surfing needs Horseshoe Pit out back was great along with an arcade game upstairs Upscale TVs and more Would definitely stay here again! Just a note that the loft doesn’t have a wall or real door but the amazing ocean view was worth staying in that queen bed
