Good location for buses into Galway. Easy instructions to gain entry into house . Clean

Room was very basic . Felt like a student room Single bed against wall . Could not switch on shower??? Lovely that bread was left out. But it was hard and mouldy??

Functional, but not cheap enough

The bed was comfortable enough. The power-shower was hot. The WiFi was good. The young man working there was friendly, helpful and pleasant.

This accommodation is a cross between a hostel and shared student accommodation and considering how entirely lacking in any kind of comfort or character it was, it just wasn't cheap enough. My room was tiny, barely bigger than the single bed. The furniture was mismatched and shabby. The bedside lamp wasn't beside the bed and there was no socket closer to the bed to move it to. There was no TV. The sliding wardrobe door was impossible to slide, and had to be rocked open with considerable difficulty. The blind on the window was broken and didn't keep out the light. The shower basin was cracked and unattractive, though I'd say it was clean enough. The pedal bin in the bathroom had not been emptied since the last occupant; their contact lens containers were still there. The self-service breakfast room had the same pastries on offer both mornings - the exact same pastries - sitting under cling-film for two days. There were two choices of cereal in their boxes in the cupboard. The "fruit" on offer with your cereal (a few berries) was still in the plastic container in the fridge. Nothing was presented in any way appealingly or conveniently. Even if you're looking for a cheaper option than the exorbitant prices currently being charged in Galway, be prepared to get little more here than a roof over your head. Sorry, but a little more attention to detail would go a long way.

Won't be staying there again

The location

I found the room where I stayed at the back of the house needed painting, both ceiling and walls. The room also could do with a proper cleaning.

We were so happy to choose this lovely place to stay. It was amazing and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Definitely staying here again when in the area!

Key code to let yourself in

Bathroom was too small, sat on the toilet bend down to get the toilet paper, you bang your head, shower too small, drop soap / shampoo it’s then impossible to pick back up, shelves are needed in shower

Decent place to stay for a couple of nights

The room and communal areas were neat and tidy, it was a nice bonus to have access to coffee/ tea/ bread in the morning. Although slightly outside the centre, the bus links to get into town are convenient. For a short stay I would stay here again.

Communicating through messages on booking.com and checking in via key code did make the stay impersonal and there was some miscommunication with changing rooms. There was also some noise from the kitchen one of the nights.

Nice stay

We stayed for one night but the room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and Kevin was friendly and very helpful! They offer complimentary breakfast items which was a nice touch! It was super handy having free car parking available as well.

Locations. 10 euro in a taxi to town. The breakfast, free water and full kitchen for use. Clean coomfy room.

Twin bed should be called a single bed.... Clowns like myself are expecting a big double bed when I walk in.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had plenty tea, coffee, milk, juice, cereal, and pastries on arrival. Staff pleasent. Would stay again. Great value.
