About this apartment rental
These enchanting two bedrooms apartment has almost as much indoor living space as it does outdoor living space. The unique 1000sqf outdoor private terrace is the largest in this condominium complex and it all yours to enjoy privately while overlooking the pool and beach below. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, family reunion and business travelers. We have more one and two bedrooms available in this complex. This unit located on the 2nd floor in Marbella Condominium has Two bedrooms - Two Baths unit with 1000sqf approx. living area and 1000sqf private open terrace.
LIVING/DINNING: The living room area has a very comfortable couch and chair for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the 50 inches ROKU flat screen TV. It also has a dry bar area with wine glasses, champagne glasses and refrigerated wine cooler. Sofa bed for 1 or 2 guests.
The dining area has a beautiful glass table with quirky seating for four people. This unit has beautiful originals art painting pieces from a young Puerto Rican artist.
KITCHEN: The bright new open kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, top stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, toaster, everything you need for basic meals. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads. For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.
ACCOMMODATION: The two tastefully decorated bedrooms have in master bedroom a king size bed for two guests, smart TV, a lounge chair, twin nightstands, a dresser, a work desk with a lamp and chair, a luggage rack for the traveler in mind and private bathroom with shower.
A queen size bed in second bedroom for two guests with a side table, a lamp and a small dresser.
LA TERRAZA/THE TERRACE: The private oversized (1200 sqf) terrace is our best kept secret. It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee, smoke, or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The best thing is that you can enjoy the breeze late afternoon.
Has a large table to seat 10 of your family or guests, rustic patio setting set, two lounges and a Weber electrical grill for you night and day grills. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.
DISINFECTION STANDARDS:
-We included in-room hand sanitizer, soap, shampoo and disinfectant for your convenience.
-We take your health seriously and are happy to welcome you to this beautiful property.
AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". This unit located just in front of Isla Verde Marine Reserve. Bring your snorkeling gear and be fun!
You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.
For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.
Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.
NOTE: Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers.
