You'll love the open floor plan when it comes time to gather around the dining table for family meals, and the living room for cozy streaming sessions in front of the large smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances for the chef of your group to whip up everyone's favorite meals and snacks. Other indoor amenities include board games and a private hot tub located on the screened-in porch. Each of the bedrooms boasts ceiling fans and smart TVs. There's even an arcade system in the bunk room!
For fun in the sun head over to the shared pool or tennis court, there's even a community firepit and gym. With so much to do just steps away, you might be tempted to stay forever! But you also won't want to miss out on all the greater area has to offer from eateries to shopping, museums, breweries, and hiking trails.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
