Very reasonable price midweek. Hotel is ok but getting a bid old and tired. Needs a facelift, but clean and very well situated to town centre. The room was a deluxe one bedroom. A bit disappointing as the inside lounge was really uncomfortable outdoors furniture and our balcony looked over the hotel's loading zone

Nice stay, hotel a little old and furniture upgrade would be good but super comfy bed and linen, bathroom good size great shower/water pressure etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of eating within walking distance as no dining at the hotel during the week but lots close by. Great beach less than 10 min walk. A good stay and good value for the price. Definitely stay again.

I thought you should of had the $250 deposit more clearly displayed on your website, but I should have researched it more on the Hotel website because I only was told checking in, but most hotels do the security deposit charge, but that's my bad. Otherwise everything was perfect and we had a really great time as the staff were very helpful and friendly, loved the indoor pool and spa thanks to Hotels.com and The Atrium Hotel

The property was poorly kept. Our room had white brick painted walls, no pictures, no mirrors apart from the poorly lit one in the bathroom. The carpet had no cushioning underneath, as I could feel the uneven floor when walking. The room and lightining There were left over hairs on the bathroom and toilet floor, mold around the shower door, the fan in the toilet did not work. No bottled water, just tap water, no tissues, no biscuits. Dusty glass wear. The bed was two singles pushed together so you were laying on the crack. The pillows were old and need updated. The blankets reminded me of my 95 year old Nan. The tv,we had to move and wiggle to get it going. Our room was certainly not a king delux, someone must be taking a drug that gives some sort of euphoria, if they think it is. There was no where to put or hang clothes, no closet. And the wafting chlorine smell that came under our door because we were so close to the screaming kids in the indoor pool. Great if you love noises. The receptionist said they get a lot of complaints, and the motel/hotel, more of a hostel had been taken over and they were going to do some renorvations. I said we won’t be back, that’s for sure. They should just bulldoze it and start again. Oh and you need a 4x4 to make it over all the potholes in the carpark, some of them are so big, you could go for a dip.

First room old old aircon leaving bad stale odour. Staff super good and changed room for us. Carpet tiles are a thing of the past and. not really effective anymore and hard to clean. New manager in house and hopefully he will get the support he needs from own era to lift this ;property back to somewhere near its former self.

Very suitable for an overnight stay to go to concert…it is a bit dated but clean and tidy. Not great if you don’t like noise because the kids were enjoying the indoor pool but didn’t bother us - we have grandchildren!! Compared to what you would pay across at the luxury place on the water I’d say value money. Young man on reception for check in very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

The nature of the building makes it very noisy in the rooms especially when people are in the pool. Dining options were limited as restaurant not always open. The rooms were very dated and our bedroom smelt of cigarettes despite it being a non smoking hotel.

I didnt like that the front office staff charged me $250 bond without asking me. They asked for my card, and I did sign a document on an ipad, but I couldnt read the document because it was on the sign page and that was all that was given to me. I knew I gave my card for a bond, but I wasnt told $250! Thats a lot of $ when you are travelling and might not see that money for a few days. The room furniture and lighting were substandard. The curtains to the balcony werent block out, also this was not locked when I arrived, and unable to be deadlocked. The balcony is shared! There is no heat lamp or exhaust fan in the shower. There are many large pot holes in the car park. The whole place smells of chlorine. The front door to the room has no lock that you can turn. I can only assume it works with a key. I will not return. The water was hot. The room was clean. But thats it.

Hotel is old and run down. It is well priced though. Our fridge didn't work. The shower head was mostly blocked. The lounge was uncomfortable. The aircon was very old and partly broken. The hotel was very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. I had to go and find security at 2:00 am as it sounded like the room above us was being demolished. It took until 4:00 am for noise to abate. The reception is closed on the evening so you have to do your own requests to security. They are not easy to find. Hotel is close to town and the marina area.

Property clean and met basic needs. Tired fittings, air, appliances. Surprised there was no smoke alarm in suite. Fitted in corridor. Room had smoke door and evacuation plan. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Beds clean and comfortable. Swipe card would not open rear access door on several occasions. Carpark very potholed and unkempt.
