Séjour magique face à la mer

Lage, Personal und Preisklasse entsprechendes Essen.

Leider zuviele Hunde im angrenzeden Sandstrand suf Gassitour. Toilettenkabinett in der Grösse sonst nur auf kleinen Segelschiffen (Zimmer No. 3).

Bien mais impressions mitigées

Correspondait à nos attentes. Petit village très mignon à 15 minutes à pieds. Levé et couché couché de soleil à proximité immédiate. 2 piscines pour ceux qui aiment ça + la mer.

Les cloisons ne sont pas épaisses. Impressions générales un peu mitigées au moment de repartir. Mais un bon établissement tout de même.

Harvinaisen onnistunut lomakohde.

Fantastinen merinäköala huoneestamme. Kaksi uima-allasta, joista toinen hotellin rannalla ja ilmaiset aurinkotuolit oli iso plussa. Aamiainen oli todella runsas. Baarissa ystävällinen palvelu. Pyöräilijöille ystävällinen .

La qualité des repas et un côté "cantine" dans la salle de restaurant. Salle bruyante et malgré un choix important, la qualité était moyenne.

Okay hotel but very isolated.

Nice and helpful staff. The meals were quite good (necessary as there are no other restaurants in the neighnourhood). Nice and well kept pool area.

Creaking beds are bad, in combination with paper thin walls it is a catastrophy. We stayed in a room in a small house on the roof. Very nice but we could not use the terrace in the evenings as there wasn¨t any lamp outside the room.

Disapointment from Booking.com solving their mistakes

Location, food, service

1) Different informations about acommodation - varies on web vs application, in application (where we made about reservation) you cannot find missing info about children access limitation and there was no mention of it in my reservation form. We were able to use only one pool (across the street) with my little child. We stayed in the same hotel in May, nobody told us off from the inside pool. We solved this problem 3 times with Booking.com, they play dead, never got back to us in promised 24hrs (or ever) as I requested a compensation, because we were limited as they made a mistake. When we approched the hotel manager (lady who didnt introduce herself), she was rude, never let us finish a sentance, very quarrelsome. 2) main beach is full of sea weed (May, September, both times we were there), there are worms/larvas in the sand and they bite, my child had a full swim pants of it after playing in the sand. Couldn ´t find on google what are these.

Amazing outdoor facilities, great pool and lots of sun loungers available all day at both pool areas, air conditioning worked great and bathroom very clean, also very comfortable bed and pillows too !

Should have a fridge in the room, bar quite expensive. Clean towels more frequently would be ideal too.

The property was very clean.

The double bed was two singles pushed together, not very comfy. We had room only but one night went to the restaurant and the food wasn’t good at all. The hotel is very dated - and needs some TLC.

Lovely, close to Alcudia and amazing staff

The room was lovely, and the staff really go over and above for you. It is a typical holiday busy hotel accommodation, very mainstream which is great if that's what you are after. Good breakfast.

Very busy, lots of people pushing past one another at breakfast- which isn't the hotels fault.

Beautiful surroundings. Peaceful and tranquil place. Good food with variety. Friendly staff. Good value for money. 15 minutes walk from the old town. Very clean.

A week in this location was enough because it's in a quieter part of town. No supermarkets nearby. Room was a little dated.

the pictures are very old and therefore quite misleading, in reality the hotel needs a total renovation, neither the environment nor the beach is like on the pictures (it is not clean, there are urchins)
