Great summer holiday.

Friendly and very welcoming hosts running a lovely Aparthotel. We liked the quiet location, that was also near the town and the water parks. Good breakfast and plenty of room round the pool, room was clean and spacious. Perfect family holiday.

Very simple but quality and laid back Villa style resort.

Don't expect a large variety for Breakfast, but it is fine and I was happy, (cerial, Toast,, Juices, tea coffee, Olives, Fresh fruit) It is healthy and fresh and this is what I like. There is Bacon, sausages and beans if you like to have this too. The Breakfast is simple, It was fine for me, Eggs where either Boiled, Omellete or Fried. I went in early May when the hotel was quiet, we were treated really well. Laxmi and Nihad looked after us well and if you needed the basic ammenities they provided this for you. The swimming pool was great, small and practical, it is the surroundings that are important. It is a 14 flat appartment Villa which caters for the more mature clients and familes. It was very nice and peaceful The rooms were of a genereous size. The complex felt fantastic to relax and unwind. Then the rest of the day you just go around the Algarve (I had a rental car and free parking on the premises) Be very carful when you enter from the Main road as it is a narrow road where only one car can pass for 30 seconds, but after that,, no problems. Well worth the booking

Lieve Eigenaren, hier en daar nog wat tips en tricks nodig.

De Gastheer en Gastvrouw waren lieve , enthousiste mensen die deze accomodatie pas hebben overgenomen. Behulpzaam en altijd even een praatje maakte. De locatie was op een rustige plaats vlakbij strand en winkeltjes. Dankzij de tip over de Bolt App, kwamen we voor een paar Euro overal, ideaal als je geen auto tot je beschikking had.

Het is meer een tip. Om om de twee dagen nieuwe handdoeken en toiletpapier in de accomodatie brengen. Nu moesten we er om vragen, waarna het wel direct geregeld werd. Het ontbijt mag ook wat uitgebreider.

Beautiful grounds, quiet and very family friendly

Wow what a great little oasis in the crazy beach zone. This is a great family holiday stop. So much for adults and children to do here. All the features of a resort, but on a smaller scale. Being smaller makes it more personal and calmer to relax. We are older couple, but appreciate how great this place is for families. The attention to detail in the apartment was lovely. The couple running the apartments were extremely helpful and very attentive to all guests, they also continuously work keeping the grounds wonderful. The apartments are very big especially for the area. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance, but if you have no car then it’s a fair way from the main town and beach. Large supermarket Intermarché is only a few blocks away drive. Wifi was good. Definitely a great place to sit by the pool and chill, away from the rat race of the beach chaos.

Brilliant stay, super-friendly hosts, clean facilities - would definitely recommend

Fantastic apartment in a nice hotel complex with truly amazing hosts that go above& beyond to provide great client service. Everything was clean, apartment was spacious and well-maintained. We arrived very late at night but that was no problem; our lovely hosts had planned everything perfectly for us and had given us detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and keys. We started our day with pre-booked breakfast, which was an extensive buffet at a good price (€12 per person), with our omelettes freshly made by our friendly host, Sam. His wife, Christine, gave us a warm welcome, and we even got to meet their cute dog. The pool was clean and spacious; lots of kids’ toys (pool noodles, balls, snorkel etc) were available to use; our whole family had a great time. (We just didn’t realise that the pool bar would be closed all afternoon so we ended up being quite hungry, despite the big breakfast, but that’s clearly our lack of planning!)

The perfect base for exploring the Algarve.

The location is perfect for exploring the Algarve. The resort is just a couple of minutes' drive from N125 which runs east west across the Algarve from the Spanish border to Sagres in the west. It's in a quiet location surrounded by private dwellings and vinyards. You will need a car. The Strip in Albufeira (if that's your type of thing) is a good 30 minute's walk from the resort. The owners are enthusiastic and concienctious hosts. The rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean and the garden is extremely well cared for. There is a swimming pool, a tennis court, table tennis table, sauna and fitness room. Our room (apt 5) was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was large and exceptionally comfortable. Each apartment has it's own appointed car parking space, so you'll never have a problem finding somewhere to leave the car. Breakfast was served by the pool and was tasty and plentiful, with omelettes made to order.

Nothing to report. If you pushed me, the bathroom could do with updating, but it was perfectly adequate.

Casa Areias Appart-hotel is a very nice place to stay. The owners are very friendly and give a very good service. We liked the location, it is a little bit out of the town, it is quiet and very nice. Just have in mind that you would want to either have a car or be willing to travel by Uber or taxi (Uber is very quick and good in this area). We loved the pool area and if we would have had more days to spend there we would absolutely have loved to stay few days only at the hotel. They have a nice bar and activities in the pool garden. The apartment was well cleaned, enough towels and also they lend you a towel by the pool. The kitchen was very nice with all the equipments we needed and the balcony was cosy with a good view to the garden. We loved how well the owners welcomed us and we could not recommend more to stay there!

Excellent, peaceful, I had a tranquill time by the pool with beautiful long walks in the countryside

Excellent breakfast daily, as eggs cooked fresh on my arrival, with a range of goods, beautiful fresh rolls and croissants, cheeses, ham, juices, fresh fruit, coffee etc, absolutely beautiful, and served poolside, I really loved it.

service was excellent, I couldn't have asked for better. On my last day, my flight was late in the evening and the host facilitated my stay at thier hotel for free for the additional time, they were excellent hosts, very friendly and with high standards, I have no complaints whatsoever, only have full praise.

The best in our entire 20-day road trip vacation

The breakfast is above and beyond! The most fresh croissants, bread kinds, cheese and ham, fresh seasonal fruits and yogurt, delicious orange juice and excellent french coffee. By far the best breakfast we've had in our entire 20-day journey. The place itself is a real jem, beautiful and spacious. Christine and her husband went above and beyond to make our staying the most pleasant one and we're very thankful for this. They really wanted us to have the best time, always the kindest and with sincere smiles. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A really great place to stay!

Gorgeous apartment, located away from the main hustle and bustle of Albufeira but easy to get there either on foot (30mins to new town, 1hr to old town) or by taxi (approx 5/6 euros respectively). Very modern and clean, pool and facilities all brilliant but as others have previously said the real selling point of Casa Areias are the hosts Christine and Sam. So friendly, so helpful and they've really made a wonderful place to stay, relax and enjoy the beautiful Algarve from. OH and Sam makes a wicked Sangria!

Lovely hotel, hard working hosts, but lack of holiday atmosphere

Nice apartment - very big clean and modern

There was a lack of atmosphere at the resort. Great if you enjoy total peace and quiet but not so good if you are extroverted and hoping to meet other guests and chat and get to know new people, however it was beginning of sept and so the main holiday Season was dying down. Shame the bar was closed every afternoon as I would have happily stayed around the pool in the afternoons if I could get a drink

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful little domain where the hosts were gladly welcome you. They're so nice. Amazing sangria's and you MUST taste their hamburger. Lots of facilities. Very nice apartments. Great to rest and enjoy!

The only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't stay longer.

Lovely place to stay, family friendly and staff welcoming and kind, although some language problems.

lovely pool for adults and a kids pool too. lots loungers for sunbathing, umbrellas for shade too. Good little bar for eating and a wide variety of hot and cold drinks.

you cannot drink the tap water in the apartments. Some issues with a mobile signal in that area but the resort does offer free Wi-Fi in all areas.
