Mwah, good location but overpriced.

The room is nice and clean on a good location.

I think its overpriced, but maybe the whole area is. We didnt had any soap or shampoo and needed to ask for it. There is a online checkin, no tourist information whatsoever. The swimming pool is super super small.

Pretty, boutique hotel.

Clean, cute and comfortable room in a great location. Almost all the amenities you could need are within walking distance. The rooftop and plunge pool area is also very pretty and a nice location to chill out after a day of sightseeing.

The only thing I thoroughly disliked was the bathroom. It was almost impossible to shower without the entire bathroom floor getting wet due to the shower door not sealing properly. It led to the bathroom area almost constantly having water on the ground. It also caused a slight musty smell after a while. Also, even though it didn't bother me, it can also be a little loud but that's an unavoidable consequence of the very central location.

Great location, great staff, and super easy check in/out process!

The location was amazing, and the staff were wonderful. Super easy check in and check out, and overall a great place!

I had thought that the pool was attached to the room like in our other amazINN location (casa diez) but it wasn’t we just had a balcony. Also the booking said a queen size bed but it was more like a full. Other than that it was great!

Perfect Location to enjoy Casco Viejo

Prior to arrival you receive the coordinates, and details for checking in independently. Extremely convenient location for visiting the old town. Comfortable room. Small but cozy rooftop solarium.

The very central location means that there is loud music around in the evenings until midnight. My room was on the mezzanine floor, facing the pavement, which meant I could not keep the window open (any passer-by could have entered) The ceiling seemed very thin and you could clearly hear the people upstairs. The room was not cleaned or tidied on day two, so I pointed this out and the staff immediately took steps to rectify this; on day three I expected the room to be tidied but this was not the case. I can understand that the hotel's policy is not to tidy up the rooms, but after it is stated that it is a valued service, I don't understand why it is not done.

Nice room with a few small drawbacks

The location is excellent and the room was very nice. It was quiet except for Saturday night, and the pool was a nice place to relax. There was a free laundry and a staff person was nice enough to watch my load, change it over and bring it to me.

The water barely got warm in the shower even after running a while and the keypad to the room was very touchy to use. It was not clear from the ad that the washer/dryer were in a completely other building. Umbrellas around the pool to shade from the sun would be a good idea. Finally, when I checked in and dropped off the suitcase (I was too early to check in), they had no restroom that I could use after the long drive from the airport.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved to stay there, the room is very nice and for such a fair price! Very good located in the best part of cartagena (casco viejo) and supereasy to checkin. Even had a huge TV with Netflix, Disney+ etc. Would totally recommend!

Tolles Studio in bester Lage

Sehr schön, stylisch, Küche mit allem ausgestattet… Bett sehr bequem! Die Dachterrasse mit dem kleinen Pool eine richtige Oase!

De locatie was geweldig in het midden van Casco Viejo, midden in het uitgaansleven maar zonder overlast in de kamer. Daar was het heerlijk stil snachts.

Alles was perfect in orde.

Perfect location in Casco Viego

Rooms are as described. It's a little bit dark inside the room. Our stay was during the weekdays and we don't have any issues with the noise. The hotel is in the best part of Casco Viego. Nice rooftop.

Excellente adresse pour visiter Panama City

L'avant veille de l'arrivée nous avons reçu un mail détaillé concernant notre futur hébergement, complet et bien expliqué ce qui a facilité grandement notre arrivée tardive. Localisation parfaite au cœur du plus ancien quatier de la ville, les meilleurs restaurants sont dans cette zone, nous avons pu visiter beaucoup à pied. Hébergement neuf, propre et très bien équipé. Literie parfaite. Bonne isolation des nuisances extérieures. Personnel au top, ont pu être arrangeant pour notre départ, merci à eux. Les plus : les deux bouteilles d'eau en accueil dans la chambre, et ne pas avoir de clés, seulement des codes pour les portes. Je recommande vivement !

Moderne und komfortable Unterkunft in der Altstadt

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, modern und komfortabel. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt untergebracht und kann diese sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und das WiFi sehr gut. Das Personal ist zwar nicht immer vor Ort, aber man kann jederzeit jemanden über WhatsApp erreichen.

Für geräuschempfindliche Leute könnte es am Abend recht laut sein, da sich in der näheren Umgebung einige Bars befinden.

The location is excellent! And rooms are spacious and well equipped.

The area is a bit noisy, but it's on the heart of the Casco Viejo next to many landmarks.

never seen the hosts, you get per Mail a Code in order to enter on the Main entrance/ room! Toilet flush didnt really work- no pressure ar all!!

Horrible host, good location and clean apartment

The apartment was brand new, clean and in great condition. Location is perfect

There was no communication from the host except for access codes. They offered airport transportation, we requested it but nothing was organised. They offer a free walking tour in the ad, we requested and nothing was organised. The ad says that ALL their units have a terrace with city view. We had no terrace nor city views. We had no hot water, we reported this but our messages were completely ignored

Great location, wifi did not work

Location was right in the middle of the Old town. The apartment was nice and clean.

WIFI was not connected and did not work. Managed to log into the apartment above which gave us wifi.
