House was in a great location and was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well kitted out re utensils etc. It was extremely cosy and homely. Gas central heating ensured house was warm and there was instant hot water for shower etc. Patrick was very contactable.

I booked this property for attending a weekend long wedding. It turned out to be a really comfortable base camp to come back to between functions and at the end of nights out. The location is excellent - short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking space close to the front steps. Inside was clean and amenities were excellent. Also, the owner was very accommodating for check in and check out time to suit me. Would definitely stay again.

Property had everything you need for a relaxing break. Patrick the host was very attentive making sure all was well, even left some bits in the fridge for a drink and some breakfast.
Property was great, a little tired in places but overall everything you could need from a bolt hole on the North Coast.

Perfect location for us. The property had everything we needed, especially for cooking. The host was kind enough to leave milk for us, so we could have a cup of tea on arrival.
The beds were super comfy, I slept so well. The property is located in a quiet area not far from a large Tesco.
PortStewart is a lovely little spot. Had a wonderful walk along the promenade and around the headlands. Very happy we found this coastal haven.
Happy with everything!

The owner, Patrick was very easy to communicate with and very helpful and accommodating us as we had a surprise birthday party and we got a late check out with no problem at all.
Everything was great if it could just be moved and put on the seashore. It would be excellent LOL

It was absolutely perfect for us. Son and his wife plus dog came over from England. They had a fabulous time so near the beach for the dog and so near the town.

An amazing property in the ideal location for our trip. The property was perfect for us. Spacious, homely, and spotlessly clean.....we were more than impressed.
The property is less than 10 mins walk from Portstewart Strand, one of NI's finest beaches, with views of Mussenden Temple and Co. Donegal. Visited Harry's Shack (located on the beach) on multiple occasions during our stay, and would highly recommend. We also walked the beach every morning before breakfast. You will not find a better beach in Ireland.
10 mins walk to Portstewart Promenade with great shops, amazing coffee spots, restaurants, bars, and a playpark and multiple ice-cream shops for the kids.
Patrick, the host, was amazing. He had the property ready for us before check-in and was in touch to ensure we had everything we needed.
I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Can't wait to return!! Thank you 😊

The house is located in minutes walking from the beautiful beach and really close to the town centre. Very smooth communication with the owner. We recommend this property 💯

Stayed for 2 nights with four adults in our group whilst attending a funeral in the area. Arrived late at night. There was plenty of parking and was able to access property with key from key safe. Host went above and beyond and went to the supermarket for provisions because it would have been shut before we arrived. They also answered all my messages during our stay, I am very grateful for this. The property is a lovely home spacious with very comfortable beds with high quality bedding and towels. Kitchen was well equipped and shower was hot with good water pressure. Would definetly recommend staying here.
A welcome guide with useful information would have been helpful. It took us a while to work out how to control the heating, open a tricky back door, get WiFi and numbers for local reliable taxi firms. Wooden floors throughout meant the acoustics weren't great. Could hear every footsteps when others were upstairs or moving around the house at night.

I was visiting NI, mainly to catch up with relations dotted around the country but also to explore a little of the local area. The property made an ideal base. There is easy parking in the quiet street outside, road connections are good and there is plenty of interest in the locality. One can walk to the centre of Portstewart, either along the shore path or by road, in about fifteen minutes and it takes less than this to reach the large, sandy beach at West Strand. I travelled with my dog. Floors are mostly wooden, which worked really well for us. The house has a lovely bright interior and was equipped with all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Since it is a recent rental property, many of the kitchen items and linens are clearly brand new. The owner was welcoming, helpful and friendly in all communications. I would happily stay there again on a future visit to NI.
This was not a problem for me, but potential renters should be aware that there are steep steps up to the front of the house and within the house itself.
