VILLA VICTORIA is bright and elegant, carefully designed in a contemporary Andalusian style, it can accommodate up to 10 persons.
This 350 m² house offers a lot of privacy having numerous independent spaces that allows to spend good time with family or friends.
On the main floor of VILLA VICTORIA there is a large living area with it's terrace, a kitchen, master bedroom with 200 cm bed and a bathroom en suite (with indoor jacuzzi, shower, bidet and wc), on this floor there is also a small bedroom with it's shower and wc.
The stairs from the living area lead to the upper part of the house that can be used as a separate property if necessary. There is another living area with kitchen with it's terrace. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa/bed for 2 persons if needed. There are also 2 big bedrooms with very comfortable double beds, 2 bathrooms with wc, bidet, shower or bath.
In this part of the house you have a nice upper garden with an outdoor jacuzzi with music system surrounded by ancient rocks.
In perfect conditions VILLA VICTORIA is equipped with hot / cold air conditioning and a flat screen TVs. The kitchens are completely equipped.
The villa has a Satellite TV and stable Wifi connection.
There are also parking spaces inside the property and a beautiful garden with a lovely swimming pool, large terraces with dining areas, a pool bar with BBAQ and solariums.
Sunbathe on the sun loungers with a good book, savor a delicious meal under the trees or a glass of champagne in the jacuzzi. Ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and tranquility.
The exclusive urbanization of Pinos de Alhaurín is located in the highest part of Alhaurín de la Torre, but nevertheless only 10 kilometers from the beach of Guadalmar or Torremolinos, this villa maintains the balance between the countryside and the city , thanks to the excellent communication it has along the Camino Viejo de Málaga.
As orientation distances, Malaga airport is 15 minutes by car and the center of Marbella 55 km.
In Alhaurin de la Torre you will find all the shops and services you could need, supermarkets, public transport, bars and restaurants, etc.
The surrounding activities are numerous and for all tastes: the golf courses, the famous Jarapalo shooting center, the orieltal Bienquerido garden, the Sunview Park with one of the longest tirolines in Europe, parks for children, equestrian centers and the new Outlet is only 15 minutes away by car.
