✦ A Hidden Location : The Secret House gets its name from its discreet position inside a building on Avenue Wagram. Shielded by the exterior facade, the house offers a quiet and secluded atmosphere despite its proximity to the city's attractions.

✦ An Exclusive Space : Spread over 3 levels, the 200m² includes:

➡ 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms :
- One bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite shower room.
- One bedroom on the first floor with 1 queen-size bed (160x200 cm), 1 double bed (130x200 cm), and an en-suite bathroom.
- Two additional bedrooms on the lower ground floor, each with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). On this floor, there is a full bathroom (wc, sink, shower).

➡ 1 spacious living room : Sofa, billiards table, and TV with over 100 channels.

➡ 1 fully equipped and furnished kitchen : Stove, pots, plates, utensils, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator. Allows you to prepare delicious meals.

➡ 1 dining area for 10 people, perfect for gatherings after a day of discovery.

✦ Modern Amenities : Washer/dryer, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Linens and towels are provided for your comfort (1 per person).

➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied if this rule is not respected. In case of neighborhood or police complaints, guests will be asked to leave immediately, without refund possibility. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.

➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent any fraud.

Arrival Day and Supplements :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM : €30 supplement.
- After 10:00 PM : €50 supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure Day : Final cleaning is included. Please leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, making sure to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
