We arrived at this property after a long drive and were immediately disappointed. The kitchenette floor was sticky and there were crumbs and debris throughout. We were offered another room, but that one had a strong smell in the kitchen (pot or cooking smells), so we kept the first one. They did an emergency mopping job, but we never did get a full cleaning. We had to wipe every surface ourselves. The second main problem with the room was that there was a very strong lamp outside that lit up our room at night. It was strong enough to read a restaurant menu and our room was brighter at night than during the daytime. We complained to front door staff and emailed the hotel, with no assistance received. In fact, they were rather grudging and unhelpful. One receptionist told me that guests complain about the lights, but they stop when they are told there is nothing that the staff can do about it. Eventually we had to cover the window with aluminum foil in order to rest. The hotel is a Holiday Inn Express that rents out its suites as a Staybridge. So it is a very busy hotel that doesn't smell all that fresh. Surprisingly enough the second floor has a conference centre on the other side of the rooms, but we didn't hear the wedding they had on a Saturday evening. The upsides are that the pool is a nice temperature and the breakfasts are quite good. The automatic pancake machine is a wonderful feature. It's convenient to the I-5 and the airport.

Two things One, the room had almost no hot water. You had to turn it on for a half hour before it got even warm. Second, the hallways smelled of smoke and sometimes weed. I think they are working on things though.

I drove 4 hrs to spend a spa day with my daughter fornour birthdays we checked in evening after spa and dinner and wanted to shower go to bed ... Noo hot water i ran it 5min waiting and it stayed cold. I thought everyone else mustve showered maybe ? So i tried to shower next a.m also NO HOT WATER ! i called asked front desk oh to my surprise theyre hot water was having issues . I later see reviews this has been going on for several months !! Why would you continue to service the public if your facilities arent functioning properly? How could you charge competitive rate with other local hotels when your tenants can't shower in comfort . Ive stayed here twice and it wont happen again ! Whoever the owner is they dont care ! The staff are great ita not theyre fault ! Breakfast was great . Just about 200$ for a non working shower room isnt worth it for me especially when your stuck covered in massage oil!!

Hotel was in a quiet and safe location, the room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. However, the front desk receptionist definitely needed more training (or better communication with the cleaning staff). My check-in time was 3 pm. I arrived around 4:30, and the front desk sent me up to my room while the cleaning crew just started cleaning I waited another 30 min (standing by the door with luggage's). I wanted to go back downstairs but the non-English speaking cleaning crew kept signaling to me that the room was going to be ready soon. The cleaning crew did a good job cleaning, but the front desk shouldn't have sent me up while the room was not ready I am dropping a star because of that, other than that the hotel was great and I will definitely come back again if I'm in the area.

Great location and awesome 2 bedroom suites with comfortable beds! Stayed there twice now but both times were woken up by barking dogs staying in the property. Convenience and value had us back a second time.

When my boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel our vehicle was broken into the third night we were there. We went up to the front desk to let them know that our vehicle was broke into and they could have cared less about the situation. Plus in our room are heater never worked, there was no fan in the bathroom which made it very foggy in the mirror. The whole room felt like a swamp related to no fan in the bathroom.

The room was spacious, clean and it was very quiet. Exactly as pictured The breakfast every morning was delicious. I can't say enough wonderful things about ALL the front desk staff everyone was amazing, each one was so friendly and helpful. I stayed for 2 weeks and will be returning again in a week that's how much I enjoyed my stay there. It's so close to the freeway as well as restaurants and shopping. It also felt very safe in the parking lot, which was a big selling point for me as a single person staying there.

At first look we loved our room. Then we realized the AC didn’t work properly in one of the rooms. The toilet ran so you had to jiggle the handle in order for it to quit. The water pressure and water temperature varied in the shower. The shower was not cleaned and we found a couple different party decorations that the cleaning crew missed. The pillows were uncomfortable on the beds. Other than that everything else was fine.

So i call front desk and mike came he said the noise from air conditioning unit so he promised that he going to talk to manager and if i can get compensation But still nobody call me yet.
