The home is great for families with kids, adventure seekers, mountain bikers (popular trails right around the corner), couple retreats /honeymoons, etc. Very cozy home.
Note. The 4th bedroom is a detached studio for guests with 8 or more guests:)

Very big driveway with a 2 car garage. Code on door for home access. Guests can use hot tub, grill, fireplace, fire pit, etc

Walking distance to uptown where all the best restaurants and shops are located. The famous Pink keep tours are also very close.
Sedona noise ordinance requires no loud noise after 9pm so rest assured for peace and quiet:)
Walk, bike, or drive. Sedona is an adventurers dream
-Please add half cap of shock (renew) to hot tub after each use
-please do not use wood fireplace in master
-Turn off all gas after use of fireplace and fire pit/grill
No pets, ESA(emotional support animals) or Service animals of any kind due to health risks
No parties or events
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed
Quiet hours after 9 per strict Sedona noise ordinance
Please no shoes on the carpet
$100 fine for missing Apple TV remote and TV remote
Please do not lock the front door handle. Only use the deadbolt
$30 fine for each missing towel
