✔ Washer and dryer laundry facilities with an extra drying rack available.
FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN:
✔ Washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, espresso machine, coffee, tea, sugar, basic cooking condiments & herbs.
COMFORTABLE BED/FLEXIBLE SLEEPING:
✔ UK King Size bed with pocket spring mattress with hotel quality bed linen.
✔ Large single-size sofa bed for a third guest in the living room.
✔ On request, we can provide an air bed or travel cot for infants that are up to 2 years old.
HEATING & COOLING:
✔ The apartment is regulated with a thermostat making it nice and warm but saving energy at the same time.
✔ Access to garden, natural cooling during Spring / Summer.
USB / CHARGING / ADAPTERS:
✔ Available in the living room and bedroom. We also recommend bringing your own traditional adapters.
TOILETRIES:
✔ British products like The Scottish Fine Soap Co, Duck Island or Baylis & Harding. These have not been tested on animals and are in recycled bottles.
UMBRELLA & SLIPPERS: ( Please don't remove from the property)
✔ An umbrella as you are in England after all!
✔ Slippers for that comfortable, homely feel.
BOOKS / MAGAZINES:

Guest access
✔ The entire space will be exclusively yours.
✔ Standard check in is open from 4pm.
✔ Guests are able to self check-in with a key box.
EARLY CHECK IN:
✔ Early check in is subject to a charge at £15 per hour up to 3pm.
✔ It is only possible if there was a minimum of 24 hrs between bookings or previous guests checked out earlier than 11am.
✔ Must be requested at the time of booking or no later than 3 days prior to arrival.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
✔ Free luggage drop-off from 11:30 on the day of arrival (if the cleaner is there). Please note that entering and using facilities is not permitted whilst the cleaner is in.
EARLY CHECKOUT:
✔ If you have to leave before 11am please tell us at a time of booking so we can make necessary cleaning arrangements.
✔ LATE CHECKOUT
May only be arranged if the next booking commences 24 hrs after your departure. We charge £15 phr for every hour after 11:30 am. Requests for late check out must be made at the time of booking and no later than 2 days before departure.
✔ LUGGAGE STORAGE UPON DEPARTURE:
Please note that you can leave your bags until the housekeeper finishes but no re-entry is allowed once cleaning and disinfection are completed.
Alternatively we recommend Nannybag or Luggage Hero with locations near stations all over London. We will send you the link to the nearest one once you book.
