This house was all we needed for a group of international researchers visiting OSU. We especially enjoyed the patio in the backyard.

This property was so prefect. We all loved the historical building that it is. The nooks and crannies of a home built years ago, but also the new upgrades that is has been given. We wished it had air conditioning very hot upstairs. Also the air conditioner in the master bedroom is leaking water onto the floor. The extra special amenities such as water, pop and beer in the refrigerator. The kitchen utensils fully stocked. This place was truly a very special home.

This is a charming and spacious home in a nice neighborhood very close to the NW corner of campus. It was easy for the four of us to gather as a family, or go find a quiet spot to relax. I think we all enjoyed the covered patio the most!

We had a wonderful stay during our visit to OSU. Plenty of space and very clean. The outside patio is beautiful as is every space in the home. Susan was very responsive and had every item we needed for a lovely stay. We will be visiting again! Thank you!

We came to enjoy a weekend of family celebrations. Our two families, including four children, enjoyed our stay here. The big kids were charmed by the two bed room. All of us loved eating on the patio and playing out in the yard. We recommend this home for families and convenient location close to downtown.

We absolutely loved this house. In a wonderful neighborhood in Corvallis. House was clean, cute and had amenities needed. The owner was gracious as we needed a late check out and she was able to accommodate this. Highly recommend!!!!

Thank you so much for the accommodations. We were attending a conference at OSU. Location was great. We enjoyed the house and especially the backyard fireplace, where we unwound every night. Only complaint is that there was only 1 garbage bag but we made it work with shopping bags. Appreciated the early check-in and late check-out.

Excellent home for OSU Family Weekend. Character home in neighborhood very near OSU campus. Very well-appointed, spacious older home with wonderful patio which made a very rainy family weekend a real delight!

The house was spacious. There were lots of spaces for us to hang out. The main living room was spacious, something hard to find in many vacation rentals. The host was very responsive and supplied us with the few things we needed that were not in the house initially. We were able to walk to the university area for dinning. There are two showers in the primary bedroom and one on the first floor, plus a half bath upstairs, so accessing showers could be challenging for some groups. It worked fine for us. The back yard BBQ area was really sweet.

We combined a friend bday get away weekend with visiting my son in college. The house is absolutely lovely with lots of space to handle a bigger group (our group was 4 adults). Very comfortable and felt very cozy. The outdoor area has a BBQ grill, very comfortable sitting area and fireplaces. House is very nicely decorated and very clean. There is a TV area in the basement level that would be perfect for teens with a larger group. The neighborhood is beautiful and there is parking in the driveway. Susan was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our requests. We even had a plate of cookies to welcome our arrival. Hope to stay here again.

We had 5 of us stay in the house on a tour of Oregon State and we absolutely loved this house. It is amazingly charming. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the main floor. Plenty of room and a great setup. the outdoor patio is great for hanging out with 2 fireplaces. We really appreciated the coffee supplies. The location could not be better. It's a short walk to campus and the campus corner shops and restaurants. And it is a very short drive in to downtown with a bevvy of restaurants and shops. Great communication with the host. You can tell they really care for this house and providing a great stay for their guests. Highly recommend this place.

My family and I were in town for the state championship swim meet. We were looking for something close, clean, safe, and spacious enough for all. This matched our needs on all levels. Will more than likely be back again!

Our two families had an excellent weekend at this house. It was very clean and the location was perfect for a walk to campus. There was plenty of space for teen cousins to reconnect, and the outdoor patio was so cozy. We cooked several meals at the house, utilized the BBQ, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and linens were comfy and high end. We plan to return!

This house is wonderful. It is spacious and comfortable with lots of charm. It is close to the OSU campus and restaurants on Monroe St while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The back patio is absolutely perfect, we spent a lot of time out there during a rainy afternoon. The host, Susan, was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you for the pears!! We would rent this home again for sure.

This is a really wonderful house that exceeded our expectations. Communication with the property manager was effortless. There is plenty of room for a middle to large family with great lounging areas downstairs and on the main level. The outdoor fire pits and grill are really fantastic. Will definitely stay again when we are back for OSU events.

The property was a great jumping-off point for moving our child into OSU. Great location, easy to get to everything. The outdoor patio set up was the place where we spent the most time. Hanging between the fire places was so much fun.

Six members of our family traveled to Corvallis to visit with an elderly aunt and uncle. This VRBO property is relatively new to the market, but after gathering information and visiting with the owner, we decided to book it. Everything about the house is perfect. Great location, wonderful neighborhood, well-furnished and very clean. The absolute best feature of this location is the large patio area with TWO fireplaces! When we do manage to travel back to Corvallis, this is definitely where we want to stay. Thank you Susan!

This house was perfect for all eight of our family in town for a wedding. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house is beautiful and very clean. The backyard is amazing, wish we could have stayed longer!

Traveled to Corvallis with my sons, sister, and nephew to visit grandparents and glad to have found this historic vacation home, right by campus. Very spacious, with a huge finished basement and bathrooms/bedrooms on every floor. Two TV rooms w/ comfortable leather couches and there's even a wine cellar! The outdoor living area is great - two fireplaces, built-in grill, huge apple & pear trees - website photos don't do it justice. Short walk to shops, coffee, and restaurants. Check-in and out is a breeze, appliances are new, linens are good quality, and there's a big garage if you want indoor parking. Owners are very responsive and helpful. This is a fantastic house for families and larger groups - so much space and privacy - don't hesitate to book!
