-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Hermosa Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.

The Neighborhood:
Our beautiful Hermosa Beach is known for its picturesque beaches, vibrant downtown area, and abundance of outdoor activities.

During the summer months, the waters are warm and the waves are perfect for anyone looking to learn to surf as well as the more experienced surfers. They're also great for those who may not be as familiar with the waves and prefer boogie boarding. You'll find the locals passing time at the beach volleyball courts and along the paved path for biking and rollerblading along the shore.

In the downtown area, you'll find a bunch of charming local shops, delicious restaurants, and fun bars. There's something for everyone, whether you're looking for a chill beach hang out or an upscale dining experience. The Hermosa Beach Pier is another great attraction, offering stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding area.

In addition to all the fun things to do in Hermosa Beach, the city is also conveniently located near a ton of other great parts of SoCal. You can take a day trip to Los Angeles to visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Griffith Observatory, or the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Or, head to Santa Monica to check out the world-famous Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade.

Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Hermosa Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities.

Other Things to Note:
Guests need to climb stairs to access the level of the house where the bedrooms are situated.

Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We're unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

NOTE: Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay.

We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
