Only because it was great to be with family was this an enjoyable vacation. It won’t happen here again.

It was selected because it was a good fit for our large family - 27 people. However, you don’t find out until after you make a non-refundable reservation that you are limited to 5 vehicles. We had 7 families so we had to consolidate. But once we got in property, nobody really monitored it. The amenities available were family friendly except you couldn’t bring in outside food or beverages and they had staff harassing you about it even little snacks for our infants. They didn’t offer infant options for sale in the snack bar but they told us to get rid of our baby cups. The on-site food and drinks were a bit expensive.

Our house had ants - EVERYWHERE. In the kitchen, in the bedrooms, in the bathrooms. We had to throw away food packages. People were bit by ants. I called and they said someone would reach out but nobody ever contacted me. The refrigerator never got cold and caused our meat to spoil in one night. We bought a thermometer and the temperature was over 45 degrees after being shut overnight. That cost over $100 in food that was ruined. The parking on one side of the street is ridiculous. It’s dangerous and I’m surprised someone hasn’t been injured. There is nowhere near enough parking and , again, even with only 5 vehicles, it was crowded. None of our cars would fit in the garage. The garbage rules are unclear. Apparently it is picked up daily. It doesn’t say that anywhere. In the house, the billiards sticks are cheap and the air hockey table is cheesy. The kids just quit playing them. The chairs at the dining table were unsafe. The beds were uncomfortable.

Okay stay, but the hassle of limited vechicles allowed on property, water issues, and ants does not make this worth the

Only 2 vehicles on property is unreasonable. The home accommodations is for up to 29 people. The property has a garage that can utilized as well. The property should have a 4 vehicle max if 2 can fit in garage. Waste of getting a big house if you cannot accommodate the people in vehicles who are renting it. Also the water pressure and temperature was horrible. Hot water throughout the bathrooms were lukewarm at best. Lastly, ants were spotted in some of the bed and bathrooms.
