This is a four-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Little Compton home set on four quiet and bucolic acres, just minutes to South Shore and Goosewing Beaches! Privacy, serenity, and comfort abound. The house has a large private yard and three separate common spaces for relaxing and spending time together. The fully equiped open kitchen means you can cook meals while engaging with guests. Though the house might have everything you want, Sakonnet Point and the town commons are only minutes away.
The space
The house has two comfortable living room areas, a finished basement, a window-lined dining area, and full kitchen for cooking. Four bedrooms and 4.5 baths (the main bedroom has a soaking tub) mean plenty of space for a family or two. The first floor includes an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Two bedrooms are down the hall for privacy. The second floor also has a common space with fireplace & wet bar, and two additional bedrooms. The finished basement includes a futon and access to the back patio, garage and outdoor shower. The house also has two decks, along with AC, television, and many modern amenities.
