Our wedding party thoroughly enjoyed the amenities at this property. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and everything you need for fun. Highlights are the hot tub, pool table, and shuffle board. Couldn’t recommend this enough. The owner is attentive and responsive and always willing to help!

We were a large group and the home was more than plenty. They are very accommodating, home was nicely kept and plenty of kitchen utensils for sick s large group. We definitely recommend for families.

We go to the river every year and this was the first time we stayed closer to Canyon lake. The house is well supplied with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Lot's of things to do, pool table, fire pit, hot tub, shuffleboard etc... The kitchen had all the things needed and more. The deer in the yard was an added bonus, so amazing that the deer just came up and ate out of your hand. We will be booking again!

This was the perfect house for us. Weather didn’t want to cooperate with our plans so had to stay inside most of the time. Luckily for us this house has everything. Pool table, shuffle board hot tub, 3 grills, board games, I mean everything. It was great and kept the kids occupied.

Our stay in this property was great, we enjoyed all the amenities within the property, the quiet neighborhood, the proximity to the lake, and the closeness to nature (the many deer visitors). It’s our second year having our family reunion at Canyon Lake, it’s the first at this property and we truly enjoyed it. There is plenty to do in the home after being out on the lake during the day. We enjoyed the interaction with the deer and also the feel of the neighborhood. There was great communication with the owners for special requests so that was a great plus. Definitely recommend this property for bigger families as there is plenty to do in and around the property.

Great house! Inside is modern and updated and offers almost everything you could need or want during your stay. The house was supplied really well and very clean. All beds and couches were comfortable and large enough for a group of 14. There are many games and activities, including a pool table, shuffleboard table, corn hole, and an extensive selection of board games. Deer corn supplied by host, so deer come up to the front door and kids got a kick out of that. We did have a slight issue, but the host was highly responsive and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend bringing your group here.

the house had a ton of board games and kids games. Our Granddaughter loved the play area upstairs especially the awesome doll house. One street off the lake and close to town for food and ice cream! the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. And the deer! holy cow a ton come right up in the yard a dozen at a time for the deer corn left for you. One even ate from my daughters hand! and the grandkids were excited beyond belief. If you choose this home, you will NOT be disappointed.

We had an amazing time! This property is conveniently close to the lake and other sites, such as Gruene Hall, but honestly, we could’ve stayed at the home for our entire trip and been perfectly content! Our group consisted of my husband and I, plus our grown kids and my sister and BIL. My daughter cooked amazing breakfasts on the Blackstone, then we would play a few rounds of pool and/or shuffleboard before getting our day started. We would end our evening by the fire pit or in the hot tub. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING! We would highly recommend this place.

This place had every single thing you forgot to think about in it. The pictures do not do it justice. The space was comfortable and roomy and there were any needs you have met in the extra large laundry room. It was an amazing stay and an amazing family time for us. The Christmas tree was big and beautiful! This was our first Christmas in separate states and we so enjoyed our family time in this space. Thank you!!!

This location had everything you may need for a family stay. We all agreed this was perfect from game room to Master suite. I would recommend this location for everyone from short stay to week long vacation. The Host Tim was very easy to communicate with during our stay. Thanks again.

What a beautiful property and such an escape this place has to offer! There is everything you need from games, grills, fire pit, and deer you can feed by hand! We all had such a wonderful experience we will definitely be returning!

This place was excellent and a perfect spot for our weekend trip for my sons 30th birthday! Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay! The pool table was a huge hit! Great customer service- the ice maker had a leak so they left us 2 large bags of ice in the deep freezer- so thoughtful! I hope we get to stay here again!

This is a great place that has everything you need. Much bigger inside than you would think. I would stay here again in the future. The only negative was one of the toilets was out of order but we managed. The kids loved feeding the deer.

House was a lot nicer then the pictures show. Property owner provided deer corn to feed the many deer in the neighborhood. Some will eat right out of your hands and the kids loved that. House had plenty to keep everyone entertained. And plenty of room so we weren’t on top of each other at all. They also left us some fire wood and supplies to make s’mores and snow cones. The only issues we had were, the wifi details weren’t sent until we asked for them after arrival, I assume that was just an oversight. And then one of the bathrooms had a water leak when turning on the shower that I let the property owner know about so I am sure it will be fixed ASAP. We enjoyed this home so much we plan to make it a regular rental moving forward as we usually make a yearly trip from Houston. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
