alojamiento económico habitación pequeña pero limpia

La peor comunicación que pueden tener

Nada en lo absoluto

La peor comunicación no logré entrar nunca pude comunicarme de paso se quedan con tus datos de la tarjeta luego te envían mensajes que si demoras más de 5 minutos en rellenar el formulario t cobran 5 euros y si demoras en hacer checout te cobran 30 euros y usan un número de Venezuela el cual nunca funciona no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Y ni me devolvieron el dinero ya q no usé el hotel

It was horrible! The cleaning lady steal my promise ring, and she denied it when we asked her about that. The room was dirty and we find someone else’s hair and some other hair. The bed sheet was covered with someone else’s blood. The bathroom was dirty too. The toilet was covered by sh!t..The photos didn’t match with the reality. The room was quite small for 2 people and we only get 1 towel. The toilet paper wasn’t enough and if you wanted to ask for more, you have to pay for it! It was dirty under the bed. We couldn’t reach nobody out, they didn’t respond any of the emails or something like that. So we don’t recommend this hostel. Rather find something else. And it was really really expensive….for nothing…

Como masmóvil, paga solo por lo que necesitas

Bien para lo que es, práctico, sin lujos ni añadidos. No tiene tele, amenities, caja fuerte ni minibar, solo tiene lo justo y necesario para dormir: Una cama, 2 mesitas diminutas con lámparas, una mesa tambien pequeña, un taburete, un perchero con 2 perchas, un espejo y una papelera. También tiene calefacción de aire con mando, que no probamos porque no hacía frío. Y una ventana grande que se puede abrir. Te ponen 2 vasos de plástico y 2 toallas de ducha. Tiene bastantes enchufes, nos sorprendió para bien. Uno en cada mesita y 2 al lado de la puerta. El WiFi funcionó estupendo. Cama y almohadas visco, muy cómodas. Hay 3 baños en la planta 1, suficiente porque siempre te encontrabas alguno libre. Además tienen secador de pelo y jabón en la ducha y lavabo. En cada baño dejan un alfombrin compartido. Al ser pequeña la planta todos los baños estaban cerca. Se abren todas las puertas con el móvil, asi que no puedes olvidarte el móvil cuando sales al baño. Tiene una máquina de agua gratuita en el pasillo.

La habitacion algo pequeña para dos personas si llevas algo de equipaje. Yo pondría otra silla mas (solo habia una), y alguna repisa en los baños para posar el neceser. Y quizás una máquina de café y bebidas calientes en el pasillo, el domingo tenia que madrugar y no encontramos por la zona donde desayunar tan temprano.

Este hotel puede funcionar como una estafa

Todo, el sistema de autocheckin es terriblemente malo, y confuso. La atención al cliente ante cualquier incidencia del sistema es inexistente. La gestión del hotel ante cualquier reclamación de devolución del importe por el servicio no prestado es indignante. El hotel puede funcionarperfectamente como una ESTAFA, si el sistema falla en la apertura de la puerta (por culpa de la aplicación web), no podras acceder entrar al hotel, si intentas ponerte en contacto con el hotel nadie te atiende (todos los operadores ocupados y solo hay un chat con respuestas automáticas) y luego si reclamas el valor de la reserva porque no has podido acceder a la habitación y te rechazaran la reclamación porque dicen que no se admiten devoluciones y se lavan las manos de todo.

Experiencia.

La instalación estaba bien , limpia y la cama cómoda.

Que no me gustó que todo tiene que ser con el móvil, muchas personas usamos el celular 24/7 pe cuando viajamos con un adulto mayor o personas que no acostumbran a tener datos todo el tiempo muy poco práctico ya que hasta para ir al baño tenías que llevar tu celular , poco higiénico empezando por ahí. Si pasa algo , si necesitas algo no hay nadie a quien pedir ayuda o asistencia, la comunicación con el hotel es muy deficiente y mala. Sinceramente primera y última vez en un hotel inteligente me parece que la tecnología es importante pero el trato físico y verbal con los clientes es demasiado necesario.

Había una humedad en la pared sin arreglar. Aunque no es responsabilidad del hotel los clientes, al menos en la habitación que hay nada más entrar, se ponen a hablar y se oye todo, por lo que se madrugada no es muy cómodo

Het meeste wat mij beviel was de auto-checkin en auto-checkout.

Het doucheputje zat verstopt, waardoor het water door de gehele badkamer kwam. Daarnaast had ik veel last van mieren gedurende mijn verblijf.

Demasiadas cosas que mejorar te hacen pagar 15€ para entrar antes a la habitacion y se nota que es un "hotel" que en realidad no lo es, Es para sacar dinero a la gente sin gastar ellos un duro ya que esta cuidado el lujar lo justo y en cuanto dejes una manchita o algo te van a hacer pagar lo que manches o rompas aunque sea un accidente tambien intente contactar por llamadas con ellos y no responden y asi muchas cosas mas

walls are too thin, you listened what the next room talks beds are uncomfortable toilets are very small not clear enough how to open the doors, especially not young people struggling with it and the worse is that the emails they sent, there is no phone to call and if you forget your mobile while going to the toilet and close the door, who knows who and when can help you.

Cheap private room with air conditioning.

Relatively cheap private room.

Completely automated checkin, the website was a little buggy, but managed to do it. Opening the doors from a digital button on an email was interesting but scared I was going to run out of battery and be locked out. Pillows were a weird memory foam, bedding was really low quality, very plasticky. Not decorated even remotely similar to the pictures on the website.

Has AC and good quality bed.

Location is bad, 15 minutes walk from the nearest metro station, no elevators, just a room, no bathroom or kitchen.
