The property was perfect for our family. We needed a longer rental for our relocation to the area. This home had all the essentials plus. It felt like our home away from home. The owner was courteous and helpful, but our stay was so easy we never had to reach out.

We've stayed in many VRBO's from Hawaii to Prague -- and this place is simply outstanding in every way -- except for the hard-to-read street number posted on a pillar at the front. It took us too long to find the house in the dark.

We enjoyed our stay at Max’s house. It was just the right size and very clean except for dog hair on the rugs. We do not have animals and we’re not expecting to see that especially since I assume there is an extra cleaning fee for bringing your pet. Also we were given the wrong door code so we had to contact Max and wait about 20 minutes for his response so that we could get in. Overall it was a good place to stay with comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms. We would stay there again.

The house worked out fine for us. It was close to the venue where we spent most of our time during the week. It was a place to maybe eat a quick meal between events and rest up at the end of the night. When we did want to lounge, it just wasn't very comfortable. The one TV was very small and the couch not super comfy. The bed in the master bedroom was also noisy and not very comfy. So, a couple of the features were a little disappointing, but it was ultimately a good place for what was needed. If I had to do it all over again, I would still stay there.

We were delighted with the Bungalow! Perfect place to launch from to see all of Black Mountain, Montreat, Asheville, Lake Tomahawk and Sliding Rick. Restaurants were amazing and we hit the Farmers Market and purchased delicious produce to cook in the huge kitchen at our stay. Spacious bedrooms and bath. Fantastic back deck where we enjoyed morning coffee and the local birds and bunnies. No direvtions for TV viewing but didn't mind. Will recommend and stay again!
