no breakfast, really rough location, dirty rough street bins and rubbish everywhere really loud neighbours up all night.
wouldnt return
Really cold house even with heating on all night as no double glazing, oven top hard to use but grill had no grill trays so couldnt even use that.
Hairdryer available but no way of plugging it in as its a 2 prong plug.
Ceiling leaking with water so had to keep buckets underneath and pans to try and catch it all.
Beds not very comfortable either.
Towels provided but one was dirty already.
No flannels provided

3 beds
Great living room
Kitchen good too
Good bathroom
Outside of the house was not tidy lots of debris photographs taken must have been a good while ago
There are 2 lock boxes for keys we tried the wrong one for ages.
We were given instructions about the heating....it would have been very helpful if we were told there was a power switch for it. It was a white power switch so not the most obvious so it looks like the heating system didn't work.....
Bed linen is very tired mattresses could do with being updated 1 bed the middle one was great for me but they are low beds.
Everything is split over 4 levels and the bathroom is at the bottom level of it all so not mobility friendly. The flat also is at the top of a very steep set of stairs.
We only made tea so didn't cook so can't comment on the use of the kitchen.
There is only a single glazing in this house, it's an old house so it was expected. It has plenty of room for families and parking is right outside the house.
It's a handy location and was great for us for the 1 night for a show in Grand Opera House.

L’appartement est une petite maison super cosy ! Hyper bien équipé. Proche de tout. L’hôte est super arrangeant et réactif vraiment merci à lui.

The property is not properly represented in the photos on booking.com. This is not an apartment but a house on a very unkempt street. There was antisocial behaviour outside the house. The front door was blocked by overtipped rubbish bins. We were frightened to get out of our car. Our children were upset and frightened. The exterior did not represent what I expected. We could not enter the building due to two men fighting outside. The area seemed unsafe. We rang the owner and explained. He offered us a 1 bedroom apartment nearby. We went to view this property. It was dirty shabby and unsuitable. The owner refused to give us a refund. Despite being contacted by Booking.com and being asked. We were left with nowhere to stay in a strange city on a dark evening with 2 small kids.
The attitude of the owner. The photos on Booking.com in hindsight look like something off Pinterest not realistic. While we did not enter the property. What we saw from the outside did not match the image created on Booking.com. We had to cut short a much-needed family break as we had to book a hotel at short notice and the owner of Eia Street refused to refund us. I wish I had read all of the reviews and taken photos of the exterior of the house. We booked this apartment in early January but I couldn't leave a review as the owner had marked us as a no-show on the booking despite having several conversations with me on the day of arrival. I had to contact Booking.com several times to have this removed and allow me to leave an honest review of my experience. I would not want anyone to be left in the situation that we were in with small kids. I wish I had read all the reviews about this property.

The excellent communication with the hosts, the location, and the wonderful apartment, perfect for a long rest and sleep, perfect for my 3 children aged 14, 11 and 9, and myself.

Hosts couldn't do any more to make our stay pleasant. They were very thoughtful about the kids and overall everything.

Host and space were brilliant. The flat was well spread out over 3 floors with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The host responded quickly to any queries and was extremely helpful even though we arrived very late. It seemed a bit pricey at first given the location but given the size and proximity to the centre I would say it was good value overall.
Two of the bedrooms need better curtains or blinds to block out the light in the evening and early morning and the carpet in the hallway was a bit impractical. The street the flat is on isn't very picturesque and there is no balcony or outdoor area.
