With access to the Jordan River Trail and an epic skate ramp available (signed waiver necessary), adventure is literally right outside your door. This is a guest suite (mother in law basement suite) of a beautiful home in Lehi, Utah. There are steps down to the suite. Your own equipment is required for Skate Ramp use.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
Lehi Oasis does not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect the home. No parties, ABSOLUTELY no smoking/vaping inside or on the property, no loud music, and respect the space.

No parties; as of October 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
