Tranquilidad y desconexión

Inmejorable el alojamiento, la ubicación, las vistas y la atención exquisita, como si estuviéramos en casa. Tuvimos una mínima de 5 grados, sin problemas, caldeamos la habitación por la tarde y por la noche la apagamos y ya no hizo falta. Volveremos en verano cuando sean fiestas sin duda.

Nous sommes un couple de personnes âgées. Un ascenseur aurait été très utile, surtout pour porter nos valises.

Wonderful historic hotel with attentive staff and excellent food. I particularly liked the mattresses and when I asked the hotel staff and told me that the hotel was recently purchased and the new owners, changed everything out, including brand new mattresses. I had the best night sleep! Lots of beautiful nature walks in the surrounding area. The town itself is a gem. Very historic and beautiful architecture. Food is extraordinary. Be sure to try their steak. It was better than steaks I’ve had at well known steak houses around the world. Terrific wine selection. I will be coming back! If you’re reading this and thinking about staying at this hotel, my recommendation is book it. You’ll love it.

Hotel muy bonito en un pueblo bonito.

La ubicación , la decoración y sobre todo el empleado Sergio. Un crack, super atento , amable y eficaz.

No hay tele , no limpian la habitación todos los días.

A very short stay.

Sergio, was very helpful and understanding, when we asked to check out early!!!! The real Issue in a way was related to Global Warming,. We were the only guests in the hotel and the restaurant and bar were not open, also in the village NONE of the bars or restaurant's were open either so we had no food or drink on the night we arrived. It was like we were in a ghost town. The main reason seems to be the lack of Snow at the nearby Ski resorts, resulting in the lack of visitors and then subsequently and the normal supporting facilities. We decided to check out the next morning and Sergio was very sympathetic and understanding, and even cooked us a really good breakfast. He fully understood our situation and was excellent in the way he dealt with us. Instead of us leaving with a bad experience his actions lifted our spirits and has left us looking forward to returning sometime in the future, when visitors are present and the village facilities are running as normal. The Hotel is lovely and sits in a beautiful position in the village, and will provide a delightful stay in busier times. Thank you Sergio, we appreciate your excellent customer service and understanding.

It is covered above, ghost town without facilities, due to GLOBAL WARMING. No fault of the hotel though.

Das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles war sehr sauber . Das Zimmer könnte etwas besser ausgest

Das Personal war total nett, wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, alles lief komplett reibungslos ab. Das Zimmer war super sauber, es gab sogar eine Föhn. Das Bett und die Matratze waren neu und sehr komfortabel. Arber hinaus konnten wir die Temperatur des Zimmer selber bestimmen.

Das Zimmer könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Uns hat sowohl im Bad, als auch im Zimmer ein kleines Regal gefehlt. Es gab auch keinen Fernseher. Das dachten wir uns zwar vorher und es war kein Problem, aber es wäre trotzdem schön gewesen.

Escapada de relax

Muy bonito, habitación pequeña pero cómoda con todo lo necesario, y muy limpio, fuimos a relajarnos y lo conseguimos. El chico que nos recibió muy amable. Desayuno bien. Un sitio muy agradable.

Por decir algo que a las 5 y poco el bar ya estaba cerrado, está claro que fuimos entre semana pero nos las vimos y deseamos para cenar en el pueblo. Todo cerrado salvo un bar que nos cobró la cena a precio de oro. Y otra cosa es que se oye todo, hubo huéspedes que llegaron por la noche a altas horas y dando voces y demás y desde dentro de la habitación se oye todo hasta que ya se meten en la suya. Son cosas ajenas a ellos pero incomodan.

Un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo que te transporta de nuevo al España de reyes y castillos.

EL edificio es muy bonito y con la restauración esta genial. Han sabido mantener el estilo tradicional al tiempo que mejorar los servicios La nueva dirección se esta esforzando por mejorar los servicios y se nota un cambio importante con la anterior dirección del hotel.

Las habitaciones no tienen TV, aunque eso no deberia ser un problema si tienes claro que estas en un hotel buscando tranquilidad, al ser un edificio antiguo los accesos para minusvalidos son bastante complicados.

El desayuno fue a demanda y nos dieron un buen desayuno, la ubicación muy bien estaba todo muy cerca

No dijeron que todavía estaban en fase de mejorar, estaba abierto hacía poco tiempo, creo que esos pequeños defectos con el tiempo seguro que lo mejoran.

Lugar precioso pero con mucha dejadez

Se veía muy abandonado y la verdad que gracias al joven que había en recepción repetiremos experiencia , y además de informarnos que han cambiado de peopietarios, seguro que mejora .El hotel es precioso
