Lake Dunlap is back to it's full height! The dam construction was completed last year and the lake is back! Dunlap is a dammed portion of the most beautiful river in Texas, the Guadalupe River.
With 2 living rooms and enough beds to comfortably sleep 14-people, our lake house is great for families and friend groups. There are multiple lounge areas outside including a BBQ grill, fire pit, and hammock. More into video games? Have fun with the two arcade games upstairs. We've got NBA Jam for some 90s nostalgia and Golden Tee for the golf enthusiast.
Speaking of golf... If you're coming to New Braunfels for a golf trip, this home is located just minutes down 725 from The Bandit.
Schlitterbahn is an 10-minute drive from the property.
Downstairs you will find the kitchen, living room, primary bedroom, an office with a day bed and trundle, and a bedroom with two twin beds. The laundry room is downstairs as well.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room. There is also a kitchenette and second living room upstairs which makes this home ideal if you want to separate kids and adults for a movie night or game night.
2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, tubes, and life jackets are provided with your stay. Feel free to use them at your convenience.
Looking to come to New Braunfels for a river float weekend? We've got you covered. This house is about a 15-minute drive to the tubing launch locations. Uber and Lyft both service the area.
The Dude's House is 7-minutes to downtown New Braunfels and about 15-minutes to Gruene.
