Comfortable bed, great selection of breakfast items all just left out to help yourself, great communication with hosts (even though you don't see them!), and price
Not being allowed in the seating areas after 1030pm means we would never book if we weren't going somewhere else, and the fact that others are there means you aren't going to go to breakfast in your PJ's haha...like a hotel in that respect. We stayed 2 nights and whoever was above us stayed up till 3am walking around their room with very creaky floorboards which kept me awake and I very nearly had to go up to ask them to please stay still. Host was very sorry and not their fault ofc. Our parents" room shower took forever to work and ours had hardly any power. We felt a little uncomfortable throughout the stay but it's my fault as I didn't realise what we were booking based on the description. Also there was nowhere to place any of our clothes as the room and bathroom was so small.

Nothing really
Signage to find the property missing, overall impression of building and room was a bit shabby including linens and bedding. Lights were not turned on in entry way or throughout the building in the evening. Even though we had a family room there was only one chair to sit in. Heat was only on for an hour in the evening and not at all in the morning. Included breakfast was cereal and toast. We stayed one night and forfeited the cost of the second night.

Quit and remote with safe parking behind fence. Room was clean and spacious for one.
Difficult to find. Breakfast was very poor. No staff so all self service and poor selection. Instant coffee is terrible.

Lovely, comfy beds and warm, with extra blanket and heater if needed (they weren't!). The lovely quiet location and, especially, the people!
The owner and staff were fantastic, and went over and above expectations to make our stay great. Phil was extremely quick at responding to my messages when plans changed, and most helpful. The B & B is like a home from home, very welcoming and comfortable and if we are staying in the area again we would certainly return. Highly recommended as comfortable and extremely good value. They happily provided gluten free breakfast options for me and the owner cooked our gorgeous breakfasts. Plenty of parking at the property, too. Thanks. 😀
There was nothing not to like and fabulous plans for improvements will make it even better!!

Lovely little hotel with a manager, Mick, who did everything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Excellent value for money.
Slightly creaky floorboards in places which I believe are being replaced very soon.

Reemdale Manor surrounded in a peaceful woodland area,
This is the second time we have been here now, and we feel it’s justified to write a lovely review to help them along the way, we stayed in room, five.
Stunning room open planned, corner, bath with everything we needed. The bonuses for us.
Indoor parking for our Porsche, meaning we felt safe at night knowing our car was safe, Netflix TV ‘great touch’ and the Wi-Fi was super fast, breakfast in bed & 24 hour CCTV.
Thanks again, Mick and Julie.

It was a recently acquired Abnb and the manager had only been looking after the place for weeks but was very helpful & has lots of ideas on how to improve the place going forward and I’m sure I’m the coming year will be far better.
Parking on site is good.
It was very hard to find, lack of signage didn’t help and needs a different postcode to find the Abnb.
No cooked breakfast available when I stayed which may have changed by now, the place needs renovating to a better standard to command the price I paid to stay there.

What a gem of a place!
A grand house in a woodland setting close to amenities .
An extremely warm welcome( and a cuppa)
Nothing was too much trouble and they’re keen to make you feel at home in their beautiful house!
Nothing!

First and foremost, the room with a balcony exceeded all our expectations. The fresh air that greeted us every morning was simply unforgettable. Whether it was enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or unwinding with a glass of fresh orange juice in the evening, the balcony provided the perfect sanctuary to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings and birds singing. Moreover, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our host Phil was throughout our stay. His genuine warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made us feel like valued guests. He was always available to assist with any queries or requests, his dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly commendable
There was nothing not to like it was beutiful ❤️

Really enjoyed my stay.. Extremely friendly staff. House was newly acquired but well appointed with good quality finishings. Garage space for my motorcycle
Very difficult to find. A great deal of the problem seems to sit with Booking.Com who need to get themselves sorted out.
The house is on a road that is in two cul-de-sac parts. The one you need is beside a church.

In a quiet and attractive area. I was well looked after and could use the kitchen microwave to make a ready meal. The room was very nice and well stocked with tea, a selection of coffee, and some porridge oats (which was a good idea as it took the edge off feeling hungry). Would recommend to others..
