Location was great, in the “Parisian’s Paris”, so very cheap and delicious food, better representation of the local culture, not touristy. Easy access to the metro stations to all of the points of interest. The room was clean, all utilities worked well, and it served its purpose as a place to sleep.
We knew it going in, but the place was SMALL for 3 adults. With beds pulled out and luggage brought in, there was barely room to walk around. This wasn’t an huge issue since we were only in the room to sleep, not relax. Also, a small thing, but since it’s not a touristy area, fewer people spoke English, which made getting breakfast a little trickier.

They room had all the necessary facilities, and was pretty close to the metro. I have to disagree with all the comments saying 19th arr. is unsafe. It was very quiet, clean and safe neighborhood.
Super small rooms, the hosts refused speaking English and when I received their texts and asked to provide the information in English so we can avoid miscommunication, they told me to use an online translator.
The room photo I saw when booking didn't match the room we were provided.
Also, the walls were quite thin and every conversation or movement in the nearest rooms or corridors was heard in the room.

Genug Handtücher, Seife und Duschgel lagen auch auf dem Bett
Im Bad sollte die Abluft vielleicht mal gesäubert werden. Immer wenn diese an war flogen überall schwarze Teilchen rum dadurch wurde es in dem Raum sehr schnell dreckig.
Das Gästebett war absolut nicht sauber. Der Bezug sollte unbedingt gereinigt werden und eine Decke dafür hatten wir auch nicht.

Unser Zimmer war soo klein, sowas habe ich in meinem Leben zum ersten Mal gesehen. Für 3 Personen haben wir bezahlt dafür 20qm Fläche bekommen. Es war eine zimmer mit Küche jedoch hat die Kochfläche nicht funktioniert, und Lüftung hat auch nicht wirklich funktioniert. Mittem im Paris richtig ein Schock bekommen !

The staff was pretty helpful and it did have all the facilities it said it would in the property information.
This was the smallest room i have ever used in my entire life. If you are travelling with big luggage this is not the choice for you. There was barely room for two people to stand in the room. Definitely no space to open luggage.

Gute Lage, bequeme Betten, günstiger Preis.
Unverschämt klein, kein adäquater Essplatz für 4 Leute, keinerlei Platz für Kleidung etc., WLAN hat die meiste Zeit nicht funktioniert (Aussage der unverschämten Dame an der Rezeption: C'est ca!), Ausstattung, die in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde (z.B. Klopapier) war nicht in adäquater Menge vorhanden und wurde für überzogene Preise verkauft, großflächiger Schimmel!

Nothing was as per expectation
There was so many issues ,including ,wash basin and all,the one was disaster ,bathroom door got locked from inside and after multiple attempts not able to open and the person inside the bathroom got scared .
At last lock was broken after 30 min of struggle,need support from booking.com on it how we will be going to get compensation on it as we harass mentally very badly

Appartamento troppo piccolo, in 3 non riuscivamo a starci ed era tutto ad incastro. Bagno piccolissimo e abbiamo dovuto chiedere la carta igienica perché mancava. Sconsigliato per chi vuole stare nelle vicinanze del centro. Anche se c’è la metro (Danube) vicina per spostarsi bisogna comunque fare almeno 2 cambi per arrivare nei punti principali della città e ci vogliono almeno 25min

Micro appartamento, non adatto a quattro persone come previsto pulizia pessima: bagno e per terra uno schifo, ho dovuto farmi cambiare le lenzuola perche macchiate e piene di peli, la porta del bagno non Si poteva chiudere a chiave (rischiavi di rimanere dentro), il WiFi non funzionava sui Samsung

The room was far too small for two people. The pictures of the rooms online showed a small desk and a bed that looked a good size no crammed into the corner. The hob could not be operated and there were no instructions, so we could not cook food. There was no place to put our clothes either. I wished I had asked to move room!

The location of the apartment was good, there was a microwave and the bed was comfortable.
The apartment is pretty much small, they state it is suitable for 3 people, however it was small for two, I don't imagine how 3 would be. If you are just traveling and need a place to sleep it's okay, but nothing more.
The shower was leaking and the microwave sometimes was sparkling, so I had a fear that it may break.

Não tem um único local para arrumar roupas, ficámos 4 noites e não houve nenhuma limpeza, não houve mudança de toalhas e nem papel higiénico foi dado, informaram que teríamos que comprar. Apenas nos deram os 2 rolos de papel higiénico iniciais para 4 pessoas durante 4 noites. Ridículo.

L’emplacement, accessible en transport comme en taxi. Le studio sympathique. Indépendance au niveau de l’accès, de jour comme de nuit.
On entend les bruits dans les couloirs. Peut-être un manque de maintenance entre 2 locations. Pas de lampe de chevet il faut sortir du lit afin d’éteindre la lumière. Fuite d’eau au niveau du flexi de la douche et le support du papier toilette ne tenait pas.

L'appartamento anche se di piccole dimensioni risulta ben fatto, il bagno presenta un'ampia doccia. Risulta comodo per brevi soggiorni e per le coppie. Per un soggiorno a Parigi caldo e comodo è ottimo.
L'appartamento è un pò piccolo ma soddisfa tutti i requisiti. Aggiungerei delle capsule o cialde da lasciare a dispozione degli ospiti dato che la macchinetta del caffè c è ma è inutilizzabile.

Комната была не большой, но комфортной. В номере было все необходимое. Рядом метро и супермаркет lidl в 500 метрах по дороге от метро Пляс де Фест. Тихо и круглосуточный доступ к номеру.
Отсутствуют принадлежности для самостоятельной уборки номера. Было бы лучше их иметь.

Η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή που μας έκανε την άφιξη ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει και να απαντήσει σε όλες μας τις απορίες. Το κρεβάτι στο δωμάτιο μεγάλο και αναπαυτικο. Η καφετιέρα άμα πάρεις κάψουλες πολύ βολική.
Το δωμάτιο πολύ μικρό δεν χώρας άμα έχεις πάρει μεγάλη βαλίτσα. Το μπανιο επίσης μικρο με μικρο νιπτήρα δεν μπορείς ούτε την μούρη σου να πλύνεις το πρωί. Επίσης το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καθαριστεί καλά, τρίχες στο πάτωμα στο μπάνιο, στις πετσέτες και στο πάπλωμα.

The service is very poor. Nobody to communicate properly. I sent a SMS but didn't get the answer at the end. I stayed a week and at any time someone came to clean the room. They refused to change the bed sheets and towels. Furthermore, they told me that I've to buy sweeper and everything by myself if I want to clean the room. It's unimaginable when you're tourist. By the way I found some hair under the bed sheets. The cleaning isnt properly done. There's a iron table but not iron. Any place to hang clothes properly even in the bathroom, the towel hanger is too small. What they called a "table" is a tiny piece of wood (30*60 cm). This place is for a single visitor not a couple. I'm very disappointed

Все понравилось, все новое, после свежего ремонта,все работало.Чисто,тихо.Одеяла прямо на наш рост, а мы с сыном высокие.Видно, что хозяин думает о комфортном отдыхе своих постояльцев.Рядом станция метро.Отзывчивый персонал.Из заявленных на Booking удобств все было.Рекомендуем, т.к. для жилья в Париже цена-качество очень хороший вариант.Но при том это не квартира в многоэтажке, а отель, где нет непредсказуемых соседей. Очень радует возможность бронировать напрямую без ожидания через "Запросить".
Немного шумно за окнами, т.к наши окна выходили на проезжую часть.
Не хватало каких-то полок, шкафчика, чтобы содержать вещи в порядке и столика, чтобы готовить

The staff were very accommodating and make things the best that they could for us.
It was VERY dusty and dirty and there were no cleaning facilities available. And there was a lot of building work going on which made it noisy.

Pas d electricitè, ampoule,tv ne fonctionne pas avec les chaines, personel envahissant trop familier et sans gène.
Le boitier pour recuperer la clef inaccessible.
Onligè de se mettre a 4 pattes par Terre et sucunes lumieres c etait catastrophique.
Des bruits de disqueuses, perceuses quand ils vous promettent tranquilitè, c est faux ils mentent ouvertement.
Les oreillers sont trps gros inconfortable.
Le plaid etait meuf pas lavè donc beaucoup de peluche.
Et tres bruyant tt la nuit.
En arrivant j ai du quitter ma chambre et je suis parti au cafè du coin 1h.
Le temps qu ils arrêtent avec les travaux et qu ils reparent electricitè, nettoyage etc dans la chambre.
Bref tres irritant comme sejour
