Room: well renovated and designed
Location: not far from Gare de Lyon, metros and top sightseeing that we can walk via the Thames “Seine” also lots amenities: shops, coffees and restaurants…
Staffs: friendly and helpful
Wifi: good connection
During my stay there was strong smell of rotten fish and cabbage so hope they will look into it… this was irritating.
My room was in the level 6 and although that room is well renovated we can see that it is an old building which lead to cracking floors, voice echoes… I believe and hope that they are planning to renovate the corridor too.
I believe they should remains each guests to keep quiet and think about other guests especially after 11pm.. (as on both nights I was waken by strong noises / door slammed after midnight…)

Great location in the heart of the Bastille area.
Wonderful to have windows that opened onto bustling Paris streets full of life.
Friendly welcome at reception.
Good value for money for the location.
The whole hotel really stank of food, not sure why as none was being served.
The decor in the communal areas was 1980s Middle East.
The stairs seemed pretty dirty (maybe most guests take the lift) and really smelled of food.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. the hotel was very well located and very clean. The simple decor was compensated by the fact that nothing was missing in the overall comfort that the hotel comprised.
the elevator is very small but it wasn’t an issue for us

Location was good, with a small supermarket directly across the road and multiple eateries and pubs nearby.
The room REEKED like Jean-Paul Satre stayed there before us, staying up all night writing essays and smoking five-hundred cigarettes.

The hotel met our accommodation needs during our trip.
Room was a little small,

The hotel room was ok, but the shower was disfunctioning
After a long day traveling and visiting Paris we arrived at the hotel around 10pm. We wanted to take a shower and wash our hair, but found out that the shower was not working. There were only a few drops coming out of the shower head, barely enough to remove some of the sweat and sunscreen. We asked the reception to take a shower in some other room, but no solution was provided (as the hotel was fully booked being the excuse). When checking out the next morning we mentioned that we were not happy with the disfunctioning shower. The receptionist (who did not speak any English, but she made herself understandable with a mix of french and german) disagreed with us and said that we had no right the complain since there were a few drops coming out of the shower head and we technically could take a shower. I do not agree as I expect to be able to take a normal shower when paying for a hotel room. If this is not in place, I expect the hotel to be of help and look for a solution. I am therefore said to say that I have never experienced such a bad service and communication and hope not to experience this again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

the location is simply the best. lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, subway nearby.
La place de la Bastille is only 15 mins walk. the staff are really welcoming.
Great room in Paris. Our room was on the 5th floor with street views, it was stunning! I will definitely come back!
Everything was fine

located in between two metro stations and very close to Bastille with lots of bistros and bars nearby. price was the lowest for the season (June). receptionists were helpful
the building needs renovation. room was xs size as most Parisian rooms. our room was facing the vacant lot and we had a great discomfort the first night due to absence of air conditioner. bring your own shampoo
