The beauty of this place is perfect if you’re looking for a getaway from the fast pace lifestyle. Great opportunity for rest, soul searching and intimate gatherings. This cabin has a panoramic view of Greers Ferry lake/Ozark mountains, all at your front door. There’s plenty of privacy for outdoor activities such as kayaking, swimming, biking, hiking, nature viewing and even an occasional fire pit smore! Make it a private retreat or a family gathering place-you won’t be disappointed if you’re needing some getaway quite time. Absolutely top notch in my book!

Our family of 5 (ages 33-4) loved this cabin! Everything listed was there and accurate. Plenty of items in the kitchen to cook meals, bathroom items/towels, and the beds were very comfortable! We had plenty to do we hardly watched movies and the zero phone time/electronics was what we needed!! Used the bikes the first day after the rain and seen some cool spots with water runoff areas. The hike to the kayaks is quite the adventure—the end is steep and going back up after swimming/kayaking was a little rough and our 4 year old got a bit overwhelmed going back but he made it and still worth it! The view is undeniably beautiful. It’s about an hour drive to any town in any direction but the scenic drives are wonderful, Herber Springs is a cute little town with a Walmart and the Sandy beach is a nice swim spot. Blanchard springs is a must see also! Thank you for such a great spot!!!

Really pretty location, the views of the lake (in two directions) was incredible. Cabin was spotless and seemed brand new. The walk down to the water is long and steep, not something where you just zip back and forth from cabin to lake several times a day. We used the kayaks for a great paddle around the cove and cliffs. We also rented a pontoon boat at Lacey's marina and had a great morning on the lake.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The view, cabin, and hosts are amazing! Book it!

Awesome view! Great cabin! Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen with full sized appliances. Good hiking/exploring. Hosts were great—brought us more firewood. The cabin is quite remote, which has it’s pros and cons. It forced us to stay put and relax. We rented a pontoon one day from Lacey’s in Greers Ferry. They were very accommodating. Overall a great experience!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the location for the seclusion! My husband and I have been looking for a place to in Arkansas and would buy this place in a heartbeat….always looking for peace and quiet. The walk to the lake wasn’t nearly as taxing as other reviews led me to believe (I thought I was going to be required to repel down a rock face or something. Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised when we got to the “last 500 feet”. Lol. The first 100 steps starting at the cabin are a good indicator of the steepness of the “last 500 feet”. If you are sure-footed and perform any activities at all, then you should be fine (for reference, we’re 60 and had no issues). The cabin was very clean and neat. The cellular service is excellent if you need it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Before you leave, check out the area on the other side of the road. Very beautiful. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

It is a very nice little cabin on the top of an isolated bluff overlooking a peaceful branch of Greers Ferry Lake. The cabin was immaculate and full of fun design touches. We enjoyed the three bikes & three kayaks (one of each was a bit smaller and fit our 11 year old well). The kayaks were the perfect way to explore this peaceful branch of the lake!

Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful property with lots of room to roam... Great little hike down to the lake we did a couple times, took the kayaks out the second time and that was very fun.... Rode the bikes, hiked all over the property (some of the big rocks are quite awesome) played the beanbag game in the yard, cooked smores on the campfire, all in all a very enjoyable weekend with my boys....

Great place and very quiet place.

Our family of five loved the cabin and the property!! Ages 44 to 8. The cabin is very clean and had everything we needed. The s’mores basket was a nice touch from the owners! I would recommend bringing fire starter sticks/logs for a quicker fire.
The view…..you can’t get better than this cabin! Absolutely beautiful all around! We explored quite a bit of the property which was awesome to have access to so much. The trail to the lake is great and much needed since it is quite a ways. Definitely recommend good grip shoes because it is very steep the closer you get to the lake. The kayaks were great to have also. My husband and I did get off trail for some more challenging hiking and it was!! We went towards the lake and then came up almost in front of the house where it’s almost all large rocks and boulders.
The house is very secluded so be sure to have the owners send you the pin drop for location because GPS will not get you all the way to the cabin. The owners were very quick to respond and answer all our questions. Overall, we loved our stay at the cabin and enjoyed our time checking out from the world!

My boys and I enjoyed a 'guys trip' away in the woods and we absolutely loved the cabin, and the surrounding scenery! The property where the cabin sits is very remote, completely quiet, with beautiful views all around - some of the best views I've found in a 5 hour radius. The cabin rests way above the lake level, with a nice winding trail down to the water.
The check in process was simple and smooth, and the cabin was stocked nicely for a relaxing weekend with no complications of any kind. The furniture and decorations were warm and inviting, and the fireplace was a perfect focal point to gather around and enjoy during the cold weather.
I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to 'get away' - it's hard to beat the seclusion and natural beauty you'll find here!

Lovely little cabin far from all your troubles! Bring everything you’d need to cook, because once you arrive you won’t want to leave! Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and cookware, cabin is clean and the perfect size.

This weekend was exactly what we wanted. A quiet getaway just me and my husband. No kids, no distractions, no responsibilities. We made a fire in the pit outside before the rain started and then inside once the weather got bad. The owners were sweet enough to leave us supplies to make s’mores. But we just hung out, talked, played games, laughed and even took a nap. It was sweet quality time spent together in a beautiful cabin in the middle of nowhere with breathtaking views. We will be coming back!

This place was all we had hoped for and more! If youre looking for a place to clear your mind, this is it!

The property was rural, quiet, the view was unbelievable, we saw five eagles 🦅 sitting drinking coffee at breakfast. It is remote, and isolated ,exactly what I wanted.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was beautiful… the views, the house, everything! This was exactly what I was looking for when I booked our anniversary stay!

The cabin is so beautiful with the wood ceiling and elk mounts. The kitchen has nice appliances and everything you need. If you're going to do the hike to kayak, where hiking boots/shoes. I wore elastic slip on tennis shoe type and they kept slipping off my feet making the hike harder. It's pretty steep past the road crossing and if the water is low, its pretty rocky to the waters edge. Steep and rocky and pulling them back up was a challenge. Be prepared. We watched a few movies provided and enjoyed smores. Saw deer both nights. The stars are just beautiful out there. It was prettier than the pictures can show!
2.5
Beautiful scenery and skies of blue. Loved the lake views and waking up in the morning to watch the eagles and crows. House well appointed and back patio and firepit were used often. The hike to the water is not for the faint of heart or weak, it takes some stamina and power in the legs to get up and down. Will miss the peaceful bliss. Sure to recommend and return.

Very beautiful views. The cabin was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Pickup truck or suv would be best for this secluded property. Would highly recommend bringing food to cook. Not close to eating establishments or grocery stores.

We had an amazing family getaway at this newly built home! The location and privacy was amazing!! We enjoyed campfires nightly, playing family board games all day and corn hole in the evening, exploring the property, and our wild adventure through Lake Trail and Shorty Hill down to the canoes. It was an experience we will never forget!

The property was spectacular. On the counter were items for smores and there firewood for the fireplace. Location and setup was wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful, quiet, can only hear nature and the occasional boat in the lake. If you want privacy and beautiful views, this is the place! It’s a new house/cabin.
Great communication with owners. Last 20 minutes are so are down a gravel road and groceries/eats might be as far as 45-60 minutes away so plan ahead; it’s well worth it.
Great place for couples wanting to be away. It sits atop a cliff without a fence so it’s all natural. We made the steep hike down to the water; good exercise…but you better be in good shape too.
My AT&T cell phone worked great and we took a DVD movie to watch. A lovely day! Thank you!
