THE AREA
Pocodobe is minutes from area attractions. From skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing in the winter to hiking, water parks or golfing in the summer, the Poconos has all of this and more.

FUN OUTSIDE
Pocodobe's oversized deck offers a swimming pool, hot tub, dining table and a 5-burner grill. On a hot day, guests can cool off in their private swimming pool and soak in the rays on the zero gravity lounge chairs.
At cooler moments, guests can warm up in the 8 person private hot tub or step off the deck to enjoy Pocodobe’s new fire pit. And any time of the day is perfect for a little outdoor dining overlooking Arrowhead Lake.


THE HOME
Our spacious home provides ample common areas to accommodate large groups coupled with plenty of space for privacy.
It is a perfect space for families or an adults only getaway. The expansive interior (over 2,300 square feet) is stylishly furnished to comfortably host up to 12 guests.

LIVING ROOM
The vast great room boasts soaring cathedral ceilings and a double side, adobe style fireplace. The room has a large smart TV with 200+ cable channels, TiVo and internet access to connect to your favorite streaming apps. The large sectional, second full size sofa and loads of additional chairs provide comfortable seating for groups of any size.

The great room is perfect for enjoying your favorite movie, relaxing by the fire, playing board games (check under the TV!) and more. Need more space? Retreat to the loft to enjoy brilliant lake views while reading a book or watch your favorite movie on the second TV.

KITCHEN
The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with essentials for enjoying a home cooked meal with your family and friends. The kitchen opens up to the dining room which boasts cathedral ceilings, a large dining table and a second fireplace. Enjoy a cozy dinner by the fire with a view of the sunset over the lake.

BEDROOMS
Each of the bedrooms is equipped with fresh linens and both bath and pool towels are provided for each guest. The primary suite is situated at the far end of the great room downstairs and includes a king size bed, a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub as well as french doors that lead directly to the deck. The upstairs suite includes a king size and twin bed along with a full en suite bathroom. Off the kitchen are the remaining two bedrooms and the third full bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and paper products.

LAUNDRY
A front Loading Washer/Dryer is available for use, so you can pack lighter and keep all your clothes clean. For those traveling with little ones, two pack and plays are located in the closet of the master suite.

Island Pool, including aquatic wheelchair lift. Shaped like an arrow, also features a children's wading pool and fountain

- Rental Shack, where you can rent boats, bikes and sports equipment (at a fee, paid there only cash)

It's important to note you will be required to use the wristbands provided at check in, at all times, when using the amenities.

We are not on site but are readily available via the Airbnb app or, in a pinch, via text or call.

At Pocodobe, guests can take advantage of the many amenities of the Arrowhead Lake community including two lakes, four beaches, three community swimming pools, tennis courts, non-motorized boat rentals, fishing, fitness center, game room and more! The lake front lodge hosts family friendly activities from movie nights to community meals to arts & crafts and even the occasional horse and buggy ride.

Spring, summer, and fall guests have a lot of choices of what to do, there is golfing, ATV-ing, paint-balling, horseback riding, fishing, lounging by the pool and reading, hiking, and more. Make sure to check the schedule of the community center, there are movie nights, arts and crafts, and other exciting things offered throughout the warm weather season!

This area of the Poconos boasts a variety of family fun and adult oriented activities including skiing, casinos, air tours, white water rafting, skydiving, NASCAR, sports centers, premium outlet shopping and more!

We care about maintaining positive relationships with our community, and we appreciate you being mindful of noise during your stay. We use NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable. Quiet hours outside are in effect from 9pm until 8am daily.

POOL
** The pool is closed the 1/10/23 and will reopen for Memorial Day.**

The private swimming pool is opened at the end of May and closed at the end of September weather permitting. A signed pool waiver is required for all rentals.

POOL HEATING
If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, please let us know. There is a $75/day heating fee. We will help you set it up.


COMMUNITY
Our home is part of the Arrowhead Lake Association which requires that all rentals are registered. There is a $20 per vehicle after the 3rd vehicle.

PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones.
If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet.

A/C
The property has central air conditioning, a rarity in this area! In the winter, we have baseboard heaters.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: GUEST must accurately disclose occupancy including the number of adults, children and animals that will occupy said rented premises in the booking data provided through the online platform. That determines the maximum occupancy at all times and applies to day visitors and children as well. Unless otherwise approved by your HOST, occupancy over the indicated capacity may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid.
2. NO SMOKING or Vaping or illegal drugs of any kind will take place in or on the premises. Violation of this will result in a $500 charge. Vaping or smoking outside with windows and doors closed is accepted. GUEST is liable for the full cost to remove any odor from the home in the case that it exceeds the above charge.
