PARKING
Parking is available for 5-7 vehicles in covered carports and in front of garage.

*WATER LEVEL*
The water level of the lake is low due to construction and maintenance being performed on the dams around Lake Placid. Depth of the river at our property currently ranges from approximately 1’ - 5’+ depending on time of day. There are stairs leading down to the river. You are able to swim, float, kayak, paddle board or fish. There is a rock bar in the middle of the lake that you can swim to and hang out on. Boating is not an option on Lake Placid at this time, as no public boat ramps are accessible.
After use, please leave outdoor smoker grill as it was when you arrived.
FLOW OF THE HOUSE
This is an older lake home with a unique flow. Please note the Master Bedroom has a master bath connected to it. The second bathroom is off the laundry room. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are connected. Guests in bedroom 3 must walk through bedroom 2 to exit the room.
After use, please leave outdoor smoker grill as it was when you arrived.
NEIGHBORHOOD
You drive through a small neighborhood with a couple lots for trailers, a few mobile homes and varying size homes. Some of the homes on the water front are original to the neighborhood and some are brand new.
*** Hot tub rules can be found in the electronic house manual (sent after booked) as well as posted on the property. Please read and follow ALL rules when using the hot tub. Failure to follow rules, resulting in additional cleaning and maintenance by the spa maintenance company will require us to charge guests up to an additional $500 fee for cleaning or possibly draining the hot tub.

Property is on the river and has many modern amenities. 3-4 great gathering areas in great room, kitchen, and outside. Hot tub is in like new condition and well maintained. While the house is older, the remodel and updating have been very well done so it feels and looks like the description. Water is low because of the dam work up river, but will be even more enjoyable once that work is complete and the river is flowing normal. Definitely recommend and we would definitely consider returning for a longer stay.
